Hello all, and welcome to Amelia's Stranded Adventure! This is a game made in Unity containing dialogue and AI generated images that is focused on soft oral vore. You play as a young adult girl (18+) who encounters female predators (monster girls) or feral predators. Here's what the game currently contains:

Amelia's magic diary will record her thoughts as she ventures around in this new world she's been mysteriously whisked away to. Read her diary and observe her adventure while helping control her emotions by having her take appropriate actions. Good management of emotions is required if Amelia has any chance of escaping the predators that catch her. All you need to play is one hand to click or buttons with!

I use stable diffusion locally on my computer for AI art generation, so thanks to the various people who worked on that.

Unity game engine. It's a mountainous task to make a game completely from scratch. With Unity's free tools, it cuts out a lot of things and makes the entry point much more accessible. Thanks, Unity team.

Quick bug report! After escaping the bear for the first time, every time I sleep it shows the dialogue for escaping the cave while it's sleeping even if I'm nowhere near it on the map.

Hmm I can't seem to replicate it. Does it only happen once, then if you reload the save file it happens again? If you have the exact text sent in the diary entry I should be able to find it.

The project looks interesting.

A small error I noticed on the screenshots you provided: "It's".
The possessive form of "it" is "its", without an apostrophe, similar to "his" and "her".
Using "it's" in this context is the same as saying "he's car broke down".

Incomplete - Add new dialogue for when eaten unwillingly (Sad or not) more than 4 times.
Bug - Despairing until you have 0 Mood and Drive and then getting eaten results in you still having the map options rather than the vore options inside of the bear. This breaks the game, as the bear will be despawned on the map and you'll permanently have the picture of Amelia laying sadly in the bear's stomach on the screen.

Overall, very good start. I love the interactions, though the loop of Brood/Meditate can be annoying at times. Also kind of wish that you could up the stat caps more, train them up like Technique and Vigor (And even get those up more if we want) but I suppose that can come later. The writing is great and though the pictures are AI generated they're solidly picked - I'm looking forward to seeing more predators get added into the game.
Now, back to our scheduled lurking.
If I sound rude, I'm being blunt, likely because somebody did something stupid. I'm not the best at controlling it sometimes

Wow I feel a bit silly. Thankfully Visual Studio can find all "it's" pretty easily so I looked through it and corrected it pretty quickly. Thanks for the explanation. If I referred to the bear as he/his/him I might've noticed that. I'm trying to leave feral predators ambiguous so people playing can decide for themselves. Amelia's not a professional animal expert, so she wouldn't know.

Thanks for the feedback. That depressed state has caused me many issues, I thought I got them all but I will look at that again. I would love to find the sweet spot where it doesn't feel grindy, but at the same time I do love captured prey that's basically living in a stomach for extended periods of time. The easy alternative would be to have actions take longer and have a bigger impact, but the actual time for that to take place I think is important too. Don't want a whole day to end in like 6 actions, it doesn't feel like she's being trapped for long periods of time if that makes sense.

The technique and vigor are capped at 1 per predator. I didn't want it to be possible to grind that to 10 or even more then steamroll all other predators. So when the next predator is added, it'll be possible to get them up to 2.

I'm liking it so far. Looking forward to see where this goes. The dialogue does seem to suggest digestion as a possibility complete with her thinking maybe its not such a bad way to go. Will that be in the cards in a future update? Also a bit of a personal idea suggestion: If your relationship with your predator gets high enough and you choose to be willing prey, what if they won't stop being willing upon staying inside their stomach for prolonged periods unless you take an action to desire to leave and become unwilling? For me at least, it does feel odd that while I as a player am still willing to stay in the stomach, eventually she decides she's done with it and becomes less so.

Is there any way to not be eaten by the bear? Every time I sleep/rest rng sucks and bear shows up. All options lead to being bear food. I am getting a little annoyed at spending so much time to get out to only be eaten again. It's fine rn but Is there a win option to the bear encounter? Or is rng just screwing me over and I just don't know?

Regarding digestion, I feel like the depressed state Amelia can get into is very close to that. The way digestion would function in this game doesn't sound like a fun mechanic. It would bring up a game over screen and you'd have to reload. With the depressed state, you can recover from it and continue the game. I know there's very specific differences that may make one more appealing than the other, but I think there's a niche here that I don't see tapped into much that I'd like this game to focus on.

The willing/unwilling reactions that Amelia gives are intended to eventually be up to the player. When you first encounter a predator, this is tough/impossible to do. After a 2nd or further encounter though, the goal is to let the player decide. Currently I am able to keep Amelia's Mood and Drive high enough to be willing indefinitely, but you need to time Brood action correctly. If you haven't, check out the in-game spoiler tips (Help button). There's exact numbers shared there that let you know what to aim for.

I have had a few comments about wanting a safe space on the map, my apologies for not providing one. The map is actually a lot bigger, but I hid most of it just to make sure people playing the game would run into the main material available in this version. If you haven't, there's a button for Stealthy you can press that increases movement cost but makes Amelia much harder for predators to find. While Stealthy you can also do any other actions like Rest, Sleep, with this decreased chance of detection. It's not 100% safe, but should greatly increase your odds of not getting found/caught by the bear. The top right space is the safest one for now.

The win against the bear right now is really just the escape portion of it and then being willing afterward. The goal of this game, whether Amelia wants it or not, is really to get eaten. Amelia becoming prey is going to be the main part of the gameplay. When the game is near completion, there will be a way to win the game, but up until then it'll kind of be a sandbox-type game for playing as prey.

You're not unlucky, (almost) every encounter option available when Amelia and bear end up on the same space will end with Amelia getting eaten. In the future, depending on the predator, the choices may change the outcome, but as of now Amelia getting eaten is inevitable.

Would you say there was a lack of direction? I likely just overlooked something so simple, but I can add a screen at the start of a new game that maybe says the goals of the game? I can definitely understand the confusion and frustration some are having without some basic direction.

Hey, I'm liking what I see so far!

It's of course an early start, and even though feral aren't really my kind of thing, I respect the work put into it ^^
It's a bit of work to properly figure out what every stat does, what every button depends on and how they interact, but there's fun in trying to figure that out. I'm afraid not everyone will have the patience for this, sadly. A quick tutorial for the basics could be handy.

As for more content, well... these things take time, so take your time!

I'll be on the lookout for an update :D

I didn't want to bump my own topic, but since it had a new comment recently I thought I'd mention something:

Someone brought up to me that the text and UI does wonky things with a widescreen setup. I kind of assumed Unity took care of these things automatically, so my apologies if this was an issue for anyone. If you're on a computer, you can set your resolution to a 16:9 ratio and it'll look as intended. Next version will do this automatically, so whatever device or resolution you have for the next version of this game should look the same.

I actually specifically turned that off very early on with concerns that you could go from something like the 'Next' button to a hidden button like the map when it's not supposed to be accessible by pressing arrow keys to navigate between buttons. It should be easy to turn that back on while making the map unable to be controlled that way.

Were you only interested in the next button being able to be pressed like this? Or all the buttons on the left half of the screen? Both are entirely possible, but I'll admit it's a low priority for now. If others chime in about this it'd help me decide which way to implement it. I'll just write a note down about it for now to eventually add alternative controls.
