Yesterday I got the notice that my Patreon was taken down, they deleted my account and everything, I've lost it all and now I have to start from scratch again, I'm currently looking for alternatives, and right now Subscribestar seems to be the best option, but it's taking a while to set up and also I have to wait for them to review my account.

Had you tried Subscribestar? It pretty tolerant with nsfw stuff!
Also recommend try Pixiv FANBOX, it also allow almost everything.
If you still want make new Patreon, i recommend you put arts in archive, and not write clearly what you make in posts.

Thanks! I'm currently setting up a SubscribeStar, but I'm waiting for them to review my profile. I already have a Fanbox, but I don't like it that much because they don't allow uncensored content.

Did you make the mistake of having nudity visible for free (patreon banner included)? I noticed that most nsfw patreons that got hit made the mistake of not hiding nudity behind the subscriptions. Because of the new ToS you cannot have any nudity or nsfw thing available for non patreons/free subscribers.

I don't think so, most of my posts were behind a paywall, and my profile picture, banner, and tier thumbnails were SFW, they said it was due to their new consent guidelines, which are vague enough that they could ban anyone
