Hey everyone! I think you're all owed an explanation as to why I didn't upload at all last month & simply put, my motivation was just completely dead through the majority of September - any time I tried to write, my brain just fried like an egg, struggling to push more than a measly paragraph or two. Then came…something - it might seem completely unrelated but trust me, it is.

So about a month ago, I rediscovered a certain anime I watched back in 2011 that for the past 10 years, I had completely forgotten about up until recently, Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds to be specific, & I could not remember anything about how the plot went (though I did hazily remember some of the main characters) besides vaguely remembering one of the arcs. So the Senko series, six chapters in & about to be seven as the next chapter will be uploaded tomorrow, I've been thinking about this since I uploaded the 6th chapter a few months back & I'm starting to wonder: with how much I've written for this series already, it's gonna have to come to an end at some point, whether it be a permanent end or possibly just a temporary end. There's still one more character who needs to be introduced & I'll let you all know right now, she does make a very small appearance in the next chapter. At the very least, I do want to write three more chapters to round it at an even 10 chapters before I consider a finale-esque chapter & I wanna make sure I've covered near enough everything I possibly can before that end inevitably comes. Hello everyone! You uhh, may be wondering why I haven't uploaded in just about five weeks. While I have been working on new stories, I also have a small backlog of older stories that I just never got around to uploading at the time so I've been ironing those ones out & the first of those will be uploaded tomorrow! I apologise for not addressing what I've been working on sooner, just... some weird & dumb stuff has been happening over the past few weeks, one being I accidentally destroyed the hinges on one of my bedroom windows while opening it so that's fun! :D

I'm finally getting back to working on additions to the interactive I created last year, in fact I added four new pages on Thursday & plan to add another two today! I will try not to let it go untouched for...

Hello everyone! Let’s ignore the fact it’s almost been two months already since the last blog & get straight onto the meat & potatoes of this - trades. It’s something I’ve thought about for a long while now but since I’ve never done a trade with an artist before, I just kept putting it off. I know that for the most part, you all very much enjoy my writing but when it comes to the idea of writing a piece for someone, I’ve always doubted myself, like I feel it’s not gonna meet with the person’s hopes & standards. It’s a constant bother for me, one that I just can't shake off.

Well it may be something I can't shrug off but maybe if I tested myself with going for a trade, a story of the artist’s choice in exchange for an art piece of my choice, it could help...

What the hell, January's almost over already?!

Okay but for real, what a... ludicrously quick month this has been! I gotta admit, I've gotten so used to writing on the daily, it felt weird to go multiple days without even opening Docs at all. This month long break was certainly what I needed though & I'm glad I finally got around to it - I got lots of ideas throughout the month running through my mind that I'm really excited to start working on! Like what I was doing before the break, I do intend to keep taking things slowly so uploads will continue to be rather all over the place. That also means stories relating to holidays that I always do probably won't happen for most. I do have something for Valentine's at the very least as I did write a second...

The clocks have struck midnight here & you know what that means? 2021 is officially here! Now please, can we hope that 2021 doesn't just end up being a 2020 part 2: electric boogaloo? Ok but seriously, I’m sure this year will be at least marginally better than 2020.

So, 2020… well what can I really say that hasn't already been said? It’s uhh, certainly been a year that's brought along much misfortune for so many people. Because of you know what, lots of people have had a decline in mental health, admittedly including myself. This whole year has been one big struggle & while there have been positives if you can believe it, it’s just been hard. If I didn't have the online friends I have or even still be writing stories, who knows if I would’ve made it...

Jesus, it’s already been over a month since I posted anything. Where does the time go?

Right well first of all, Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to everyone! I hope for it to be a good one in this otherwise incredibly bleak year.

Now you're most likely wondering why so much time has passed since my last upload. Truth be told, I have been writing this entire time, I just haven't had the energy to write the descriptions for them. I did originally plan to have two stories go up today to make up for the long gap between now & the previous upload but that just can't happen, though I am working hard on that second story & it is close to being complete so it’s totally possible it’ll be up as early as tomorrow but we’ll see.

So, hey everyone. It's been quite some time since I made one of those so here we go since there's some things that need to be talked about.

Firstly & the most obvious, the slowed down pacing of when I’ve been posting new stories. You’ve all definitely noticed but my pacing has gradually gotten slower, & slower, & slower. I hate to type this but I do feel I’m on the verge of hitting burnout, hence as a result, I’ve been writing less per day & just agh, being in this slump is so annoying. Before anyone worries though, yes, I do plan on eventually taking a break to recharge my batteries & that’ll most likely take place after New Year’s Day. It really depends on how I’m feeling at that point but I do plan at least a month break, though it is open...

Hello everyone! Just making this quick little announcement that I have made my own Fire Emblem interactive page here! It's something I’ve been wanting to do for quite some time now as there weren't really any good FE interactives… like anywhere, so I’m really hopeful that we can make this a great one! I will make absolutely sure that this interactive will never remain dormant as maybe every few days, I’ll add some pages of my own, possibly some that followup on a page you’ve written.
