---Seras Victoria vs Selene (Underworld)--

Suggested by Ome

--Seras--

=Strengths=

-As a Fledgeling vampire, Seras was capable of smashing humans and ghouls with chops and punches from her sheer physical power.

-She is also fast enough to outrun bullets, and battle an entire squadron of Nazi vampires while wielding not one but two specialized anti-tank rifles, along with massive ammunition drums on her back.

-Seras, like her master Alucard, is not particularly invulnerable. Both have been wounded by regular gunfire, though the injuries themselves are not particularly fatal and are often regenerated quickly.

-She possesses the Third Eye, the name for a set of psychic abilities granted to vampires. With it, she can brek through illusions or psychic invasions, sense the auras of people hiding within her area, and also give her the ability to see at least 600 meters away, where she was able to shoot out a vampire's heart with a rifle.

-All of these abilities were massively enhanced when she ascended beyond a Fledgling by consuming human blood willingly. Just drinking the blood of her friend Pip fully restored her body (except for her left arm, maybe?), gave her new powers, and allowed her to stand on equal terms with the Nazis' most powerful soldier in his human form. That guy in particular was very strong, very fast, and so tough that special garotte wires from a teenage Walter could not harm him.

The upgrade also removed many of the classic vampire weaknesses, such as sunlight, and even allowed her some resistance to holy items.

-An ability she gained after becoming a True Vampire was the ability to manipulate Shadow Matter, a supernatural substance that Seras and her master can generate or control from their bodies. Seras uses it to replace her left arm after it was severed from her body, and it's certainly an improvement!

Her new arm can alter its size, shape, and length, and strike with enough force to rip apart half a dozen vampires in a few seconds. It can also split into multiple tendrils to strike multiple foes or a single foe many times.

It can also be formed into a bat wing, allowing her to fly through the air at high speed like a bullet, or travel along the ground like a shadow before being launched up into enemies with spikes or any number of shapes.

She can also cover large areas (at least the size of the Hellsing HQ building) with the Shadow Matter and use them as a security system, being able to sense things within areas covered in her shadow.

-By converting her body into shadow matter and fixing wounded areas, Seras can quickly regenerate from serious injuries while remaining mostly intangible. She can also just transform other parts of her body into shadow matter or cover herself in it like clothing.

-One of the more unusual Vampiric abilities she has is the ability to absorb the souls of those whose blood she drinks. After absorbing their souls, she gains their memories, as well as the ability to commune with them at any time. As an extension of this, she can also manifest these souls in Shadow Matter, allowing them to fight alongside her with all of their skills and normal weaponry.

Furthermore, if Seras is dealt a fatal blow, one of the souls she has previously absorbed will be destroyed in her place, acting like extra lives in a video game.

-Wields two weapon systems, the Harkonnen I and Harkonnen II. The Harkonnen I is a modified single-shot anti-tank rifle that fires a wide array of 30mm ammunition, including depleted uranium mixed with silver.

-The Harkonnen II is a pair of automatic anti-tank cannons that fire 30mm shells belt-fed from huge ammo boxes on her back. Its effective range is 4 kilometers, and allowed Seras to shoot down an airship. They can also be equipped with a single grenade to be fired from each cannon. Without the boxes, her speed and agility was greatly increased.

-Displays a proficiency with regular firearms as well as her personal cannons, and some self-defense training likely from her time as a police girl.

=Weaknesses=

-While she is capable of surviving effects of holy weapons, she is not invincible and the injuries can take some time to begin healing depending on the severity and length of contact.

-Absorbing a multitude of souls requires an immense willpower to remain the dominant personality. Losing one's focus can cause the vampire's mind to be lost among the countless others within them.

-Without any Familiars to die for her, Seras can be killed if fatally wounded.

--Selene--

=Strengths=

-As a vampire, Selene's strength, speed, and durability are beyond human levels. After drinking the blood of Alexander Corvinus, her powers were enhanced, and she got an immunity to sunlight and UV light.

-She also has powerful regenerative abilities, becoming even faster while feeding on fresh human blood.

-After undergoing the Var Dohr ritual, Selene's strength, speed, and durability were heightened even further, allowing her to move so fast that the superhuman senses of both vampires and werewolves couldn't see her when she moved, and she basically ripped through all of them with one hit each.

-She is quite skilled with firearms of many types, especially pistols. She's also mastered daggers, knives, swords, and throwing weapons.

=Weaknesses=

-If she takes enough damage, she will die before she can regenerate. This also applied to being decapitated or blown up and also taking a large amount of minor wounds.

--CONCLUSION--

-Winner-

Seras

-Breakdown-

This match started off pretty close in my head, but then as I read on it slowly slipped more out of Selene's favor. Unlike the battle against Rayne who had more abilities but a lower power cap, Seras has all Selene's powers, equals or outperforms her, and more abilities on top of that! That's of course not even mentioning how literally out-gunned Selene is by Seras' firepower. Once again, we see a distinct difference in the interpretations of east and west.

The only possible advantage I see Selene having is *maybe* speed. However, that is offset by her lack of ability to actually damage the draculina. On top of that, Seras' ability to absorb and summon the souls of people she's consumed is one of the few loopholes in HW's "no outside help" rule. It's just a fight Selene can't win, no matter what. It'll be a short, but flashy spectacle.

When the battle begins, both fighters have a wall placed between them, but walls don't mean diddle squat to the Harkonnen II. Seras makes the first move, firing away with the two cannons and shredding the walls apart. Selene, thanks to her speed and senses, is able to detect and outrun the initial salvo in time, blasting away with her pistols With Seras' mobility somewhat impeded by the bulky ammo boxes, she makes for an easy target as bullets rip through her, though nothing seriously wounds her from the bullets.

Deciding against becoming swiss cheese, Seras abandons the rifles and goes in with her shadow arm, reaching out to impale the opposing vampire, only to see the woman side-step the attack and dash in to go for the heart. Her hand plunges into Seras' chest and comes out the other side, completely clean. Selene doesn't realize she's shoved her arm through a shadow matter hole in her body until several bullets strike the leather-clad vampire from behind.

Turning to look, Selene will see Pip's head and upper body sticking out of the shadow matter arm, holding a pistol. He smirks and gives Selene a playfully mischevious wink before she hears Seras proclaim, "My turn..."

The raven-haired vampire turns back just in time to watch as Seras's right hand sails towards her, balled up tightly into a fist. It connects just above Selene's eye but carries enough force to send the woman reeling back, even producing a small cut. As Seras slowly advances, Selene wipes the blood dripping into her eye and readies herself to attack again, only for Pip to fire more pistol rounds into her back, as well as her legs, with the Frenchman asking Selene, "Did you forget about me!?".

The momentary distraction is enough to weaken Selene enough for Seras to strike with an uppercut to the solar plexus that sends the woman into the air before several spikes lash out from the extended shadow-arm and skewer the heavily wounded vampire's arms, legs and body randomly. The spikes retract, dropping the bloodied and beaten woman before Seras, who picks her up by the head and licks over some of the blood trickling down the side of Selene's face.

Pip returns his arm into the shadow matter he was summoned from, the rest of his body slowly retracting as well. Before he fully disappears into the retracting mass of darkness, he grins and tells Seras, "Bon appetit!" The blonde vampire's fanged maw stretches wider and wider until she messily devours Selene whole, happily slurping up the excess blood around her mouth and chin with her tongue before letting out a loud burp.

After that, Seras can sit back to enjoy the victory, along with the bulging belly, and Pip gets a new room mate soon. Everyone wins! ...Kinda!
