The village was deserted. The houses were empty. Everyone was taken away or got eaten on the spot. All but one little girl. Lysa was the only one left behind because of the sacrifice of Ilina. Her parents, her neighbors and everyone she knew were taken away. The little blonde girl went up to her home and peeked in through the open door. Or she would have if the door frame would have been still there. A very big hole was there.
"Mommy?! Daddy?! Where are you?!"
She wandered through the whole village but she found no one other than herself. She was all alone in the whole village. When she realized that, Lysa began to weep. It was really a horrible thought that she was alone. She waited in the forest so long that the sun was about to set. She lighted the fire in her home and tried to have dinner as her parents taught her. But in reality, she just couldn't focus and done it wrong a lot of times.
It went for some days as she gathered food around the village and always went back to her home to sleep without a problem. However, on the third night, she heard some noises outside in the dark. She took the torch that was lit up and went to the hole that was left from their door.
Glaring, yellow multiple two sets of eyes watched the little blonde girl as she held her own light source in the dark night that held the creatures that were not as dangerous as dragons but still deadly and hungry for some defenseless flesh. Growls of the wolves were something that she really didn't wanted to hear, but they were still at the door of her home regardless. Searching for food for the pack even if her flesh wouldn't even be enough for the whole pack.
Lysa threw the torch in the door and went for sealing the house. She closed the shutter on the windows quickly and then she flipped the table to barricade the hole. The table proved to be enough vertically to see a large portion of the hole but there was still a lot of space left unguarded. Fortunately, a secondary torch was enough to scare off the wildlife that saw the little human as a promise to fill their bellies even if just a little.
For the rest of the night, Lysa did not dared to shut her eyes other than the occasional blink. The sound of the wolves outside the house as they were irritated by their unsuccessful hunt. But at least the little human survived what lots of others would not have. She resolved that she needs to leave not only her home but her village which she knew as a safe place. But it was only because the folk of the village was there to fend off the wolves. As the wildlife detected their absence the predators came into the village itself, hoping food out of it.
In the morning, the little girl packed what she could have carried with her and hesitantly stepped outside the village where she lived her whole life. It was not safe anymore for her. Every single building was in the state of her home or worse. And even if she would have been able to barricade completely a house properly there was no guarantee that the day would have been safer for her either. She needed to leave without question.
She was scared of the unknown beyond the boundaries of her home but she also knew what waited for her if she don't leave. Often she looked back while the only home she ever knew was still visible in the distance. She already cried her eyes out but those still came out of her eyes and the feeling in her throat almost choked her.
When the day ended, she climbed onto a tree to avoid predators and she bound with a rope herself to the tree, lest she falls down. The sounds of the night were scary at first all alone but she quickly got used to them and eventually fell asleep. The march throughout the day wore her out and she was halfway to the next village. Even if she knew no one there, they were the only chance for her to survive.
When she woke up on the tree next to the road, she heard the noise of horses. Not much later a couple of armed people stopped next to her on horseback. Three people in leather armor armed spears and swords on their sides. The fourth was different from the other three. He was in only robes and instead of a sword he was only armed with a dagger. They stopped and looked around.
"Something is not right. I can feel that someone is watching us."
"Look alive."
All of them except the robed one held up their weapons and looked around where can danger come from until one of them looked up and saw Lysa up on the tree.
"Lower your guard. It's just a child."
"Where?"
"You Kid! What are you doing up there?"
"I .. I slept up here."
"Well, that makes sense. What are you doing out here all by yourself?"
Lysa looked like she could cry again as she was about to answer.
"I have no home anymore."
They gave her some water to drink and she told them the whole story about how she managed to run away from getting captured by those dragons who ate or took away everyone she knew.
"Poor girl, no wonder why we haven’t heard anything around from there. What's your name?"
Asked the robed man.
"Lysa."
"I'm Gavin. These fine guardsmen are Aldo, Duns, and Luc. We are the scouts who wanted to find out why we haven't heard anything from your village. I'm sorry to hear what happened to you."
"Why?"
"Why what?"
"Why did all of this happen?"
"It's the King. He didn't want war with the dragons and soldiers are not even guarding the border. If there's a short supply of slaves then the dragons are coming and taking some people with them. I'm sorry what happened to you young lady."
"That damn greedy King. And it's just getting worse. He's hoarding and taxing everyone like he eats gold."
Said Guardsmen Duns next to them. Luc replied immediately.
"And don't forget the Queen too. She's wearing so much gold like her weight. And what are these leather armors? Are they even worth something?"
Aldo answered.
"Knock it off you two. Most of us don't even have this luxury that we have. We have a mage here after all."
"You .. you can use magic?"
"That's right Lady Lysa. Although I'm just learning it. It's still not very good."
Gavin took his flask and after he opened it, he used his powers to and water poured upwards slowly instead of downwards right into his open mouth above the line of water. Just one gulp of water came out of it and after he swallowed it down he asked.
"Isn't it amazing?"
She replied reluctantly.
"It's .. really amazing."
Gavin sensed that she needed help instead of some tricks and placed his hand on her back.
"Although we can't give them back, I'm still going to help you find a new home for you."
For the first time, Lysa felt some warmth in her heart that someone cared about her in these days when she was completely alone. It was reassuring.
The group still needed to scout how many of their villages were plundered so when they were close to her old home Gavin stayed behind with Lysa and comforted her as best as he could. The group of five checked more villages and out of four three was ransacked and the last one was abandoned because the people fled on their own. The case must have been that someone managed to warn that one before anything happened. In all villages the footprints of dragons were visible. Even after some days.
On the way back to their starting point at night they camped down and told stories to each other about their adventures. The most interesting one was Gavin who even climbed mountains to get some healing stones. He almost died not once but on multiple occasions on his way to the stones and climbing down the hills. But when he was about to continue his story suddenly he stopped and looked behind him.
"To arms."
Commanded Aldo.
The three guardsmen in their leather armor grabbed and pointed their spears toward the way where Gavin looked.
"What's happening?"
Asked Lysa.
"I can sense if someone is watching me."
"Keep it quiet."
The quiet was stressful as they tried to focus but their eyes were not meant to see in the dark. The darkness was meant for other creatures of the night. Not for man. Lysa felt it too that something far more dangerous coming than any other wolves she encountered so far. Then they heard voices.
"Let's just talk about this before you try to stab me to death."
To their shock, an ice dragon stepped out of the darkness with his hands in the air. He was more than two times taller than any of the guardsmen who were there. Lysa was already behind Gavin but that sight made her grab his robes and moaned in fear because of the presence of the creature.
"Get back you foul beast!"
"Beast? You're talking about me? What an unfriendly group we got here. But at least we will get some coins."
"We?"
Asked the mage at the same moment before rocks came out of the ground and captured everyone by their feet. At the same time when it all happened, a green light appeared behind them as it turned out that another dragon attacked them from behind. Dark brown scales and green light eyes he had.
"At least he described you nicely."
"You're gonna do this again?"
"While you had that lone human, I starved! What kind of partner you are Valdis?!"
"Oh Lumon, you're just as naive as you were back then when the two of us started to work together. Since I'm the leader, I get to eat first. But since I’m a generous leader of yours, you can pick now which one you want. Are we good?"
"It's a start."
Lumon looked down at the prey and considered picking up the little blonde girl. He bent down and his blunt claws almost reached her. But at the last moment, he changed his mind. Instead, he freed the man in robes and took away his dagger.
"Put me down! Put me down!"
"You choose wisely, partner. That one is a mage."
"I heard that if you eat one you can raise your magic power."
"That's just a rumor. No one managed to prove whether it is true or not. But I'm not gonna stop you to reconcile you."
"That's very nice of you."
Lumon hoisted Gavin right before his mouth and said.
"Let's find out together. Get in."
The large maw of Lumon opened. Longs strings of saliva stretched across his jaw. Gavin tried to protest against his place on the foodchain but Lumon pushed his shoulders and his head into his mouth and chomped on hard. The fangs pierced through not only his clothes but his skin as well and it made him yelp in pain.
The saliva production of the earth dragon started to exhilarate and it poured out between his jaws. Not only the taste of the meal but the promise of bigger magic power added to the enjoyment of his meal. It was visible on him that he really that he was thankful for the surprise mage meat by constantly moaning in contentment.
"No! Stop! Let me go!"
*GULP*
Gavin's head and shoulders were swallowed as Lumon gulped loudly. The others on the ground heard it perfectly in petrified terror. They all saw the bulge in the throat that his head made.
The apex predators of their world. Even worse than any other creature that humans can face against. Only highly skilled mages could take a fight with them and Gavin was still someone who learned it.
The gulp reduced his frantic words to unintelligible muffled noises but it was still clear to everyone that Gavin wanted to get out of the tight, fleshy, and wet tube that dragged him deeper and deeper into the body of a much more powerful, bigger, and hungrier creature than himself. Lumon’s throat clenched with a powerful squelch, pushing the mage towards his hungry stomach. His waist lurched into his jaws.
*GLUCK*
Another relentless swallow came and his waist was dragged right before the beginning of the throat where countless humans disappeared throughout the years. It was something that he could not think of boring any time soon. The feeling of how he stuffed his empty belly with supple, live meat was instinctual.
*GULP*
Only the feet remained outside lastly and with another one Gavin just went down and curled up in the unforgiving environment that was only meant for digesting any food that was sent in. Gavin struggled pretty vigorously but nothing was enough to get out of the stomach if the dragon don’t want that. It all just gave pleasure to the dragon as an inside massage. Packed away behind scales, and flesh.
"That was delicious and filling. Now let’s drink this one as well."
Lumon took out a vial from his pocket that contained a purple liquid that was absolutely unknown to the human below him.
"When did you get that?"
Asked Valdis from the satisfied earth dragon.
"I'm saving money for potions like this. Unlike you who spends his savings for brothels as soon as we get back into a city."
"Well, what can I say? They need money too."
"If I had bet in money what you would say."
Lumon opened the vial and the purple liquid flow down his stomach where Gavin fought. Some moments later the wiggle he made died down and just a bit later he stopped moving. The dragon looked back at his plump belly and smiled. Lumon shook his gut, making it jiggle and shake as he rubbed his bulging gut.
"This digestive potion is really helpful."
"And why did you do that? All their moving is the best part of eating humans."
"He was a mage. I didn't wanted to find out what he can do if he calms down enough in me."
"You're right."
"Die!"
Aldo shouted from the top of his voice and he threw his spear at Valdis. The dragon had keen senses and managed to dodge it even if it was just a little that he managed to avoid the weapon. The two dragons quickly disarmed the soldiers and the ice dragon devoured Aldo. However, he did not had any potion to digest him faster but even if it was there was no need for that.
One by one, all the remaining ones were tied up and carried away on the shoulders of Valdis and Lumon like sacks of grain. The horses were also taken away with them. They are worth a lot together. Since the distance between their steps was much larger than any other human, the speed they had to the nearest city in the dragonic kingdom was just half a day of walking.
The town was filled with both humans and lots of dragons were around. The two dragons sold the horses to a human right at the stables. Then, they went to the slave market in the middle of the city. Lots of dragons were there as well as humans in chains. Luc and Duns were separated from Lysa and put together into a cage with other children. Scary looking dragons from all sides bent down to inspect them closely and some of them paid for them as the time went by. They tended to buy more adults since they were stronger to work or bigger to eat. Or both at once.
Eventually, Lysa was not sold in that city. Those slavers took her along with the others to the capital city where more dragons dwelled. That means there's more chance that someone will buy her. And that is what happened.
"Ah, good day to you Lord Kyrien. What can I give to you?"
A tall and rich-looking dragon approached the cage where Lysa was along with the children that were not sold so far. He had a bright red cloak on his shoulder but the little girl did not say what was on it due to her position what she was. But it did not mattered, another customer was in front of them so it was possible that one of them getting sold.
"I'm looking for a little girl for my little girl. What can you offer?"
The slaver immediately chosed Lysa out of the remaining children in the cage. Held by her arm while he pulled her out of the bunch and she struggled to signal that she did not liked it.
"This one will be the perfect merchandise for your daughter, Lord Kyrien. A bit feisty but because it was caught not long ago. I'm sure that there will be no trouble after your daughter has it in her tummy."
"I'll take it then."
Lysa was frozen in fear as she realized that she was bought at that moment. After the Lord took her, she was not as feisty as she was with the slaver. She just observed the situation like a lifeless object. Lord Kyrien held her under his arm and walked away most likely to home where a hungry dragoness waited for their arrival.
They went into a rich and fancy looking district that Lysa never even had a chance to even imagine. Let alone see it. She was just the daughter of two peasants. There were fewer people on the streets on it either. Mostly dragons and they were like him. Someone who had coins in their purse.
Eventually, they reached the home of Lord Kyrien. It was just like the other houses in that district and it just emitted their wealth. And the dragon opened a front door big as him and stepped into it.
"Welcome home, Father!"
The Lord was welcomed by someone who was most likely his daughter with gleeful enthusiasm. She was orange-scaled like her father but she had a different set of eyes. Unlike her father, she had a blue and red eyes which could have gotten the attention of Lysa but at that moment, she had a different concern in her mind. She was about to get eaten by the happy dragoness half the size of her parent.
"Aki. Did you waited here in the door for me all day?"
"No. I just got here. How was your work in the palace?"
"Just the usual darling. There's nothing special working as the treasury master."
"It is! Working there is already fantastic!"
"I brought something for you."
"You brought me a human?! My first human?! Thank you Father! Thank you so much!"
"Before you eat this one your mother should be here too. She needs to see your first human too."
"I would never miss that chance to see."
Lysa saw that a blue dragon appeared out of a corner in a fine dress. She stepped close to her husband and she clasped her arms around him in a big hug. She gently greeted her sweetheart like silk.
"Welcome home, my Love."
After the two of them dealt with the moment of love Kyrien lowered Lysa for Aki to take. As soon as the little human girl came within reach, the little dragon girl took hold of her and pressed her arms against the body. She did not even hesitated to throw her muzzle open right in front of her first human meal. In the wide-open mouth, long strings of saliva stretched between the eager jaws of Aki. A little trickle of drool dropped on the floor. The terrible mouth got closer and closer as her breath came into contact with the face of Lysa. The tongue of the dragon trembled in anticipation.
Lysa just shut her eyes and awaited the inevitable. Being the first human meal for a child like her. Except that she was scale-covered and hairless. But all the movement just stopped for a short moment before she was dropped to the floor. Lysa looked up and saw the dragoness who was filled with gleeful enthusiasm to devour her that she was on the floor with her bleeding nose. The parents rushed and the blue dragoness took her in her lap. The face of theirs was shocked and filled with worry.
"Aki! Did you use your ice magic?"
"... no ... I .. didn't"
Her words were faint and it was hearable that she had a hard time doing it. It was so unthinkable for Lysa. Monsters who were able to be weak? Throughout her life, she was always taught that they are invincible. Her father held his daughter said.
"I'll get her into her bed. Human! Lock that one inside the locker."
"Yes, Master."
Lysa was so focused on her current situation at that moment that she just did not even noticed that a woman in a sack as clothes was in the doorway to the kitchen stood there and watched the whole commotion. She grabbed her and pulled her up onto her feet and dragged the little girl away and sealed her inside the storage room. Except for the front door, there was a smaller human-sized door on each one. Once again, she was sealed inside somewhere. She was saved from the gluttonous innards at least for the moment. Sentenced to wait for a gruesome fate inside a belly of a dragon.
She didn't know how much time she was in there but in the middle of the night, the same woman who sealed her opened the door. The slave put her finger on her lips signaling that she needs to stay quiet. Lysa got up on her feet and followed the woman to a window that she managed to open prior.
"They gonna eat you for this."
Lysa whispered and hoped that no one else heard them.
"I can't just let you suffer like that. I hope that you can get out and find someone who can take you in."
"Can I get out of the city?"
"Not alone. Forget that you can go out of the city all alone."
"Thank you. I never forget this."
After her bare feet landed on the pavement she sneaked out of the district easily because there was no one else on the streets of the district at that time. She needed to get out of the city as well but as she was being told she could not have done it alone. That was the moment when she just realized that she don't even know her savior's name.
Soon she found a tanner who wanted an extra hand in his workshop. She still needed to sleep elsewhere but at least she had enough money for food. Her luck ran out when the tanner found out that she lived out on the street some weeks later and she was sold again to the slaver dragons.
Once again, the blonde little girl found herself in a cage along with those children who shared the same fate. A dragoness in a burgundy skirt bought her along with a brunette woman. They were taken to the Palace of Dragons itself. Lysa and the woman knew from that point that they were dead. The tall dragoness turned out to be the Personal Servant of the Princess itself.
The Princess, her servant, the adult woman and Lysa went to the room of the Princess's bedroom. Lysa trembled uncontrollably that it will be the last night of her short life. After the servant left they remained alone with the Princess who laid on her back on the bed and placed both of them on her currently empty belly.
"Now, let's introduce ourselves. You can call me Lami. What's yours?"
Asked the Princess as she looked at the woman. At first, she didn't even answer because of all the fear.
"It's very rude that you don't want to tell me."
"You .. you're just gonna eat me. Why do want to know my name?"
"Because we're gonna play together. And what's your name little girl?"
"Lysa."
Her voice was faint but still hearable.
"See? This is easy."
"Agnes."
"Both of you have beautiful names. Do you want to play with me, Agnes?"
Lami opened her mouth wide and her warm breath reached the humans. They feared her before, now they were terrified that they had a glimpse of the place where they going.
"Feed me."
Said Lami softly as best as she could while her mouth was open. Lysa immediately felt a firm grasp on her that it turned out it was Agnes who started to push her forward. She could not compete with the strength of an adult but she still fought to get out of her grasp as best as she could. Right before the moment when Lysa was about to get inside the salivating mouth the jaws shut close.
"Are you not even troubled that she was about to get eaten?"
"No. No, why would I be? I get to live."
Something was seen in the eye of Lami. It was disappointment.
"Not the same."
The widely open mouth of Lami leaped onto the brunette woman from above, spreading her large maw on her upper half in just a blink of an eye. Lami shifted her tongue back and forth. Savoring Agnes as best as she could.
Lysa just watched in silence as Lami slurped down the woman as her eyes were closed. Most likely to savor the flavor. Lami hoisted her head towards the ceiling. In the meanwhile, Agnes just fought to get out of her situation. Just like Gavin all those weeks ago.
Her neck stretched out to consume the woman with her first swallow and welcome her in the belly where she belonged. As nourishment for her body. The dragoness paused her swallowing, bliss written on her lovely features. Not only that she was a quite good-sized meal she was also tasty. Her tongue slurped, lapped and tasted over the woman who was sent further and further down with every movement of hers into the Princess even without the help of Lami.
She wasn’t going to escape from her acidic fate as she just kept sinking into Lami. The dragoness resumed hungrily guzzling her down more and more with loud swallowing noises ringing through the room. She gulped her down with utter, unmitigated satisfaction. To serve as nothing more than nourishment for the dragoness.
Legs kicked blindly. Then came the final swallow. Gulped down in an instant, the woman vanished down Lami’s throat. Lami finished the devouring, signing in pleasure as she licked her lips. Her tight belly gave loud gurgles and muffled wails of the brunette languishing inside. Squashed and squeezed and churned in that slimy stomach as she awaited her final fate.
Lysa saw and heard the screeching and thrashing imprints in the gut of the dragoness. She was trapped and loud gurgling noises were hearable along with the screams of that human who was devoured in front of her.
"It's really, really sweet."
She crooned softly, huskily as she put on hand on her own belly. Lami softly caressed over that lovely bulge that the human made in her gut. The belly already worked on digesting the new meat.
"Mmmmm, that feels soooooo gooood. So natural."
Then she looked at Lysa and said with a sweet but still commanding voice.
"Make yourself useful and help me get more comfortable."
With that Lami grabbed her hands and started to move them like rubbing her massive belly full of a fresh meal. Normally, a belly rub is a pleasurable experience. But for Lysa, that was not. More like torture. But she quickly obeyed and started to rub the scales, fearing one wrong move would make her join in there as well.
As she rubbed, she felt the struggling woman underneath. Lysa looked up at her and saw her closed eyes and the smile. She was in pure bliss that someone rubbed her belly both from inside and outside. Lami licked her lips and said.
"So natural. at first I wanted to eat you as well tonight. But I think we can still have some fun. My toy was taken away not long ago so I keep you around and do what she could not do anymore."
Then she opened her blue and red eyes and stared into the very soul of Lysa.
"What's your name again?"
"L-L-Lysa."
Said the little blonde girl faintly like someone who was scared to make a sound.
"We're gonna have so much fun. Lysa."
