put a lot of work and a fair amount of money into the articulated
plate of his knight armor. It was real steel and weighed over forty
pounds, not even including the helmet.The jointed shoulder
pauldrons, articulated elbows and knees and smoothly faceted faulds
were his pride and joy. Under it he wore a padded gambeson and over
the breastplate a tabard with a rampant unicorn. His hands sported
armored gauntlets with separate fingers
