(btw to explain what it looks like, it's basically a silver recolor of Ex-Aid's Hyper Muteki form and each of the stars are in the colors of the types of the Eeveelutions, representing his Chimereon)
Roots:
Mlarkko lived in a region (currently unknown) In his world, which was similar to the regular Pokemon world, but it had the added effect of some wild Pokemon acting more like voracious preds, then normal wild Pokemon. The mons that he had was Eevee, who was a safer pokemon, but had a hunger like those same preds.
