During a battle between Zilla Jr. and El Gusano Gigante, the HEAT team tried their best to figure out what was going on as their giant protector was on the hunt underground.

Being a bit away from the group, Monique was wondering how Zilla Jr. was doing until the ground started to shake. At first, the french woman thought that it was Tatopoulos' big companion emerging triumphant.

What she HADN'T expected was for an entirely different worm to come exploding out of the ground beneath her and grabbing a hold of the lower half of her body ! Monique could only cry out in horror, unable to struggle as tendril-like mouths swiftly wrapped around her and held her within their grip as the new worm went to swallow her whole.
