this one was a commission! they wanted a continuation of the last drawing, where the slug holds hands with the elf through her slimy stomach. i love that detail.

Can I say that it's the dichotomy of holding his hands while he's digested alive- then promptly forgetting about him to chase down a new meal? Like, that tenderness only to then leave his bones behind and not even give them a second glance. I love it.
