Mille having uprooted the table and 'squished' the assault on her bloated guts that Monsieur was giving her, has decided to repay him by letting all that soft digesting goop pin him to the floor. Every good captain listens to their crew, and even better chefs listen to their captains bellies working hard, this is a well known rule of the sea.
