Another piece of fanart I've wanted to make and finally got around to creating.

Nice! I'm glad to see this character get some love. She was at the top of my list for favorite Karbo characters for a long time. Definitely always want to see more of her!

Oh wow, awesome! Amellazia is such a fun character who I love (maybe a little too much), and I'm thrilled to see you illustrating my little story about her! Love how you depict her, and that cramped internal cutaway is such a perfect visualization of what I was going for. Bravo and well done! :D
This reminds me of a half-finished story featuring her I've left neglected for years. I REALLY should finish it up, especially with 2024 being the 'year of the dragon' in Chinese zodiac and all . . .

Oh, it was originally dreamed up as a follow-up to a friend's story featuring her: French-Snack's Story 219
Also illustrated by Naz here!
He remorselessly encouraged me to write a follow-up (on DA) a few years ago, but since then I've just never been sufficiently satisfied with my outlines to move forward into final production. I may have a bit of perfectionism, especially when it comes to working with someone else's character. Maybe I'll finally get over my hesitance this year!

Well this is certainly a rabbit hole. Nalzindar made a followup image of his own, though he doesn't want to do any more art making up the story of the two characters until French Snack writes it himself, but I guess French Snack wants you to be the one who writes the followup story, which will in turn lead to Nalzindar making another image for French Snack's series while it's really fanart of your story which is fanfiction of French Snack's story which itself is fanfiction of Karbo's art.
Spelling it out like that makes it seem like we've come up with another time paradox plot hole! I love the community of artists and writers!

Yeah, we've definitely got a pretty deep series of inspirations inspiring further inspirations: Karbo > Me > French Snack > Nalzindar > and now you! xD
I feel a bit bad to be the one 'holding up' the sequence, but I just can't seem to beat my indecisiveness with this one. Plus, French Snack is just a tough act to follow - Nothing but my 'A game' will do!
