After pinning Mark Grayson, AKA Invincible, with the intent of sexually assaulting him, Anissa is so distracted by her own monologue where she alludes to what she intends to do she fails to notice her would-be victim gather his remaining strength to actually manage and get her off him before punching her so hard she is sent flying through a newly-opened rift through time and space.

By the time she realizes she was sent 66 million years in the past, the rift closes, much to her anger.

To make matters worse, the Viltrumite, already weary from her fight with Invincible, soon gets caught off guard as the largest flying animal that ever existed promptly snatches her with its beak and propels her all the way down its digestive tract, much to her disgust.
