As you can see this is just putting a bit more magical version of A2 or 2B from Nier series as character reference picture.

In this settings she will be warforged Artificer/Bladesinger. And since machines technically doesn't need to eat she wouldn't devour her enemies if it wasn't to stupid quirk of her maker.

Backstory in short is similar to Pinoccio but mage was simp and girl to whom he was simping died. He did all to make her most faithful copy but giving machine an appetite and since for mage it was best girl making it best was mistake. However after devouring her maker she still looks for a way to bring her maker back. Since she wasn't even shared name by her creator, she assumed name Eos.
