Viv the half-orc, Hera the Centaur, and humans Ella and Michael meet up and begin their adventure. With the expectations of their home town behind them, ideas that were taboo suddenly become real for the first time.
More buildup and worldbuilding, with some object vore.

There are many fae, many not at all similar to each other whatsoever. The category may seem incredibly broad, but it does have a precise definition: These are the creatures who owe their forms to the goddess Epha. They are all whimsical variations of other forms found in nature. (i.e. not merely ascended races, but unique reinterpretations or hybrids of other beings.) They all possess some natural expression of magic, whether that is a supernatural ability or an innate talent for casting.
As a sidenote, the words fae (or fey), faerie (or fairy), and Epha (or Fae, Fay, Gaia, and many others) are powerful and resist attempts at standardization. They defy even the Great Scholar's blessing of true language upon the world. This text will not attempt to justify which spelling is most sensical to use, because the everlasting debate on the topic is an emergent property of the words themselves, and clearly not one which can be solved by consensus.
Many gods have testified to the myth behind the fae. Epha, never content to accept status quo, bragged that she would demonstrate the world's potential. She melted herself completely and fed herself to the earth—not only her avatar, but her whole being and divinity. Epha's remains are found in every part of the world, in vast pools of liquid known as Fae Honey. This honey contains huge amounts of wild magic and is very valuable. Raw, it is extremely transformative. Contact or ingestion can cause transformations described as "often mischievous, but not mean-spirited". Processed, it is a useful component of alchemy and enchantment.
Fae creatures descend from this honey. Scholars debate whether transformations are wilful on the part of a dead god or simply a process of chemistry. Regardless, none deny these creatures embody Epha's creativity.
The manner in which fae actually descend varies as strongly as all of their other traits. Many are birthed or hatched as usual.
Many fae are grown from the earth. Some, like the common pixie, spread like spores. These species tend to be keen to explore and spread out, guided by a set of principles and interests entirely unrelated to our common experience.
Some can be planted. Whether in whole or in part depends on the species. A satyr's cock and balls, when buried in fertile earth, quickly grow into a new satyr. Despite being a species with the supernatural ability to grow it back over time, satyrs tend to be protective of their endowments. Fortunately, as theirs grows larger and larger, their natural instinct is to seek out riskier and riskier trysts with others, until they find themselves in a situation where they can't resist putting themselves at the mercy of others. Satyrs mate with each other and enjoy the act of emasculating others and repopulating. Often dragons, fond of these strong and lusty fae, make themselves available to the ripest, bravest satyrs, and diligently farm them.
Some fae are symbiotes or parasites. At least one type of faerie wanders along roads, offering to permanently transform itself into any body part that a traveler is missing (or never had). In return, it asks to magically impregnate the host.
Others don't repopulate at all, but seem common enough to be considered their own species, in a sense. Sage beasts are towering hybrids of several different animals at once, usually ones that had earlier been submerged in a large pool of fae honey and vanished. They are gentle giants who boast great thoughtfulness and perspective, and are capable of extremely strong innate spellcasting.
Perhaps the most exciting legends of all are fae who are features of the terrain itself. One can only imagine the surprise upon seeing a quiet mountain get bored one morning, and decide to turn around to face the opposite way. Adventurers fear entering a cavern and turning around, to find the way out has vanished, and the lava is rising to digest them. Whole cities have been erected over titans such as these, with many strange benefits and drawbacks.

This is a really well written story, and the characters are so much more fleshed out that I usually expect. Really great!

That's so kind of you to say! I feel slow-paced when giving characters enough screen time to develop, but fleshed out characters are a joy to tell stories about.
