Okay, so this one requires a LOT of context.
So in a server I'm the admin of, I decided to come up with a hypothetical, to quote: " Imagine a world where the movie villains like Cooler, Android 13 and Janemba are canon but Frieza, Cell and Buu are questionably canon. How would you think this would affect the fetish niches we have today?"
Me and a few members came up with our own ideas, like how Android 13 and Janemba would replace Cell and Buu in terms of the big DBZ preds in the community with their own respective concepts; Kind of like Filling in an ecological niche that was left out by another.
In the end, I had an idea that in this alternate world, Android 21 (specifically her Majin form) would be a LOT different.
For starters, now that Majins are rendered uncanon (in this hypothetical, to re-iterate), I decided to make Android 21 based more off of Janemba, who has a demonic appearance.
I based my alternate version of 21 off of 13 in terms of her appearance and overall personality, seeing her as more of a rowdy and tomboyish presence here compared to her more analytical personality as a "human".
In terms of her own vore niche, I could see her turning people into cigarettes and alcohol compared to the original 21's obsession with sweets.
Feel free to give me your thoughts about her and my hypothetical!

You did an excellent design here, the ripped stockings and bikini are very hot and the trucker hat is perfect. She looks like she'd have that kind trashy southern accent in the best way.

Combining the different Movie tie in to create this version of 21 is just amazing! Would she still be conisder 21 or a different name?

That's actually a good point, in this universe I still consider 17 and 18 to be canon (they end up getting absorbed by 13 instead of Cell) so yeah, she would still be called 21. I just call her '21 (Alter)' for convenience.

Oh yeah, I could see that. And another question (a few really since 21 is just one of my top favorite waifus and pred. And this design of her is just super cool!), which one would be considered stronger? Janemba 21 or Majin 21? Well yes, Majin in general is quite powerful with many broken abilities, but so is Janemba (Kinda).

That would be kinda hard to jot down, since both Buu and Janemba are really powerful in their own right, and have even interacted in some of the games... but we never get a proper look at their compared power levels. Bias tells me it's Janemba 21 lol

That's true, but I do kinda agree that Janemba 21 does have a better chance of winning probably because she would have an easier time with reforming and able to move parts of her body at will.

Janemba 21 has the benefit of being pretty much functionally immortal due to being made from the literal embodiment of evil.

Which makes them quite a powerhouse and if she is able to learn quick, then she would be able to do many things that Majin 21 can't do

Yeah, I just thought it would be a fun hypothetical to talk about and imagine. Like Android 13's vore niche having him involve some kind of full body absorption (because people ignore the fact that Cell only needs to absorb 17 and 18 so we can ignore the whole chip thing for the fetish) and Janemba combines possession with full body entrapment.
And to answer your humble question: ABSOLUTELY.
