i was re-watching episodes of bleach tybw lately alongside reading the hellsing manga to get hype for cour 3 of bleach tybw. then i re-watched the episode where gremmy fights kenpachi, and thought to myself "what if gremmy used his powers to make aizen pregnant with triplets?". so yeah, here is aizen who had just undergone a rapid pregnancy in mere minutes and now he's 38 weeks pregnant with triplets thanks to the Quincy's imagination alone.
