Having tricked a Lamia to be eaten by her, Cathrin is now excreting the filthy remains. Unknown to her the Lamias soul is still bound to the body... Or what is left of it anyway.
The snake like body is reduced to nothing more than a nice soft log. That is passing nicely out of Cathrin's ass. The girth is just wide enough to stretch her hole in a very pleasant way, as she feels the relief of her bowels getting emptied.
