After living within this amazon's mana well for some time, the elfin devised a plan to use their newfound magic to cast a teleportation spell in order to escape back to their homes in the forests. They attempted to gather as many elfin as they could inside the body to chain their energy together before making the jump. However, the spell unfortunately backfired, and while it did send the elfin to their desired location, it also caused a chain reaction that obliterated the well they were residing in. This led to the sudden and shocking demise of the host body they were trapped in, which resulted in the nobility being whipped into a frenzy. They immediately suspected the elfin due to their recently acquired knowledge of how they could survive consumption, and so they began cracking down on security even more to quell any resistance. Elfin effectively had any autonomy within the amazon queendoms stripped from them, while the escapees would continue to plan from outside the empires.
