Sometimes you meet somepony that says they like your art and you have to very quickly size up on the fly: which art exactly do they mean that they like? Always an interesting space to navigate X3

A 60 minute timed sketch, written and drawn for Furlop as a Subscribestar reward, who wanted to know about how bunnies got welcomed X3

This was also an experiment in taking on a much rougher style for timed sketches. I'm still offering my normal style, but as I've started to polish sketches more and more that polished style requires a bit more planning - and it can limit the size and scale of what I can draw. It's not uncommon for me to go over plans for 90 minute sketches with a requester days in advance.

So I'm now offering sketches in both styles - my normal line art and a low-color "pencil" sketch style which can be much more experimental, larger scoped, and can incorporate more on-the-fly ideas. It's an attempt to recapture some of that "fuck it, let's see what happens" energy that I had when I first started doing timed sketches - but of course the normal style is still available as well <3
