“Hello, yes, excuse me please. Thank you. Coming through! Please, I’m in a hurry,” Mary called as she tried to navigate her way through the bustling crowd that blocked the sidewalk, hemmed in on both sides by tall city buildings. “I’m so sorry, could I just… Thank you! Excuse me please, coming through.”

She tried to give each passerby a wide smile as an apology and a thank you for making way.

Mary always felt guilty if she ever found herself inconveniencing others but today she really was in quite a hurry.

“Yes, thank you. Coming through! Oh, I’m so sorry!” Her incredibly long, incredibly white hair had accidentally blown around and hit a short man in the face, causing him to cry out in surprise. “Here, let me just get that out of your way. I’m so sorry!”

She gathered her hair up and tossed it back over her shoulder so it rested against her back. Then she hurried off as fast as she could, blushing deeply in embarrassment.

“Excuse me please! Yes, sorry, thank you. Coming through, I’m late!”

Why was she late? Well, because her alarm clock had broken recently and Mary (notorious among her friends as a heavy sleeper) had inevitably failed to wake up on time. She had slept the entire morning away and was now half an hour late for her only lecture of the day.

Mary hated being late. Absolutely hated it. The only thing worse than being late was not showing up at all (which is why she was currently hurrying to her university rather than resigning herself to the situation and staying home). The fact that the streets of her home city seemed to be extra crowded today was not helping and Mary knew she wasn’t making decent time. She almost felt annoyed at the people around her.

No, no, she told herself. It’s not their fault. They’re just going about their day.

Another thing Mary didn’t like was judging people irrationally, something she tried to avoid as much as possible. Still, she was only human.

Pressing herself up against the wall of a building to let a large group of kids run by, Mary tapped her foot impatiently and checked her phone for the time. She was now thirty five minutes late for her lecture.

“Dammit!” she groaned, leaning her head back and staring up at the building behind her. She could just barely make out the edges of its roof, a short slab of… some dark material that stuck out from above the sides of the building.

Hefting her purple bag more comfortably onto her shoulder, Mary set off again, still making her way through the thick crowd with many apologies and calls of gratitude. She had never missed a lecture before and she sure as hell wasn’t going to miss this one.

The large city buildings to Mary’s right fell away to be replaced by a thick clump of trees for a hundred feet or so. This small wood was considered to be rather shady by people in the area, due to the amount of drug dealers and other such folk that would sometimes be found inside. Mary usually skirted around it, but today it would actually serve as a handy shortcut.

Gulping nervously, Mary tidied her long hair again, neatened her short skirt, and clutched her bag tightly by the strap before plunging headfirst into the trees.

The noises of the city died away behind her almost immediately, blocked by the many tightly-packed trunks of the small wood. The sunlight was likewise restricted to near darkness, making Mary feel like she had entered a completely different world. And a rather creepy one at that. Trying to steel her nerves, Mary shook her head dismissively and plowed on.

You’re not in any danger, she told herself. It’s not even that far… just a minute or two and you’ll be through.

She glanced nervously around at the trees and gulped heavily again. Why was it so eerily dark and quiet?

To take her mind off of it, Mary pulled her black and pink headphones out of her bag and put them on. Two small triangles at the top made it look like she had cat ears (something Mary had always found amusing). Then she put on the most cheerful song she could find and continued walking through the trees, humming along with the tune.

By the time Mary was halfway through the wood (at least by her estimation), she was in a much better mood and had even begun prancing along in time with her music. What could she say? It was a good song. A good song that was, unfortunately, ruined when Mary’s foot got snagged on a large, protruding tree root.

“Whoaah!” she cried as she lurched forward and found herself sprawled out on the dirt.

Mary’s headphones flew from her head and landed a couple of feet in front of her, still blasting their high-tempo song.

“Ow!”

Mary’s long hair had fallen down all around her after the fall, and she threw it back into place before stumbling back to her feet. She then dusted herself down and straightened her clothes. Next, as Mary twisted around to check herself for cuts or scrapes, her hands went to her hair to start combing through it for any dirt that might be caught among the platinum strands. Her hands froze, however, when Mary heard a loud ripping noise in response to her body’s twisting motion. This was followed by several heavy thuds as her books and other things spilled from her now torn bag and onto the ground.

“Huh? Oh! Nononono!” she cried, staring around at the mess. “Come on! That’s just not fair.”

Mary pulled her bag away and inspected the damage. It had gotten caught on a sharp branch or something… and the damage was rather severe.

“No,” she gasped, hot tears of frustration welling up in her eyes.

She’d had that bag since she was a little girl and simply loved it. Now it was ruined.

Looking around at her fallen items, Mary sighed and closed her eyes to try and calm herself. It didn’t work very well.

“I’m late, I tripped in the middle of a creepy wood, and now my bag’s broken…” she muttered angrily under her breath. “Anything else you want to throw at me today?” She glared up accusingly at nothing in particular, simply addressing the all-powerful universe as a whole. “Make my day a little worse? Anything?!”

As if in response, there was a sudden flash of bright white light and a deafening CRACK sound that seemed to leave the air vibrating. Surprised, Mary lurched back with a yelp… but the ground behind her seemed to have suddenly disappeared and she stepped into nothingness.

“What th- Woaah!” Mary cried.

Her arms flew out to try and grab something as she lost her balance but her fingers caught only empty air. She tipped over uncontrollably and began to fall.

And she continued to fall… for an extraordinarily long time. Several seconds, in fact. Plenty of time to hit the ground, surely? But no, she kept falling. This wasn’t right… Something strange was definitely happening. The air was buzzing with static energy and Mary could feel it pulsing through her body. What was happening?

Then it suddenly all stopped and Mary felt hard ground slam into her back, knocking the wind out of her.

For several more seconds, Mary just lay there, too stunned to move. Too stunned to think. Then, as her brain powered back up, a single, mind-boggling question rose into existence: What the hell had just happened? The sound? The flash of light? The unnaturally long fall?

Then, as her senses also began to recover, more questions arose: Why was the ground so spongy? What were all these new noises she could hear? When did it start raining?

Her eyes cracked open, squinting to defend against the large droplets of water showering from the sky. This wasn’t right… How could it be raining? It hadn’t been doing that before. And this wasn’t the weak sort of drizzle you get before a storm, no, this was an absolute, soak-you-to-the-skin downpour.

Sitting up sharply and looking around in shock, Mary saw that it wasn’t just the weather that had changed. The trees around her appeared to have quadrupled in size, taller, thicker, and much more leafy, and with long, heavy vines dangling from their branches like snakes. The ground was covered in plants and fallen leaves and other such things.

This was not the small, eery wood Mary had just been in. This was a jungle, and a massive one at that; everything seemed to be scaled up many, many times.

Scrambling to her feet, Mary brushed her soaked hair out of her eyes and continued to look around in alarm. Where the hell was she? Had she been… teleported or something? What was going on?!

A flash of lightning and a thunderous boom of thunder made Mary jump. She let out a yelp of fear and hugged her arms to her chest, beginning to shiver. The rain had long since soaked her clothes and now cold was setting in. Regardless of how Mary had come to be here, she definitely would need to find some form of shelter from the heavy rain soon.

Putting her other concerns to the side for now, Mary stumbled over to a tree and took cover under one of its thickest lower branches, still shivering and hugging herself. Then, tucking her legs against her body, she continued to look around at this alien environment, eyes wide in curiosity and fear. What the hell was this place?

Mary then realized, in that moment, that none of her things appeared to have made the trip with her, not even her ruined work bag. The only thing that was in the spot she had fallen was a slowly growing puddle of muddy rainwater. Her heart sank at this realization. She didn’t even have her phone to call for help. She was stuck here.

Another flash of lightning and an even louder rumble of thunder. Mary jerked in alarm and felt panic rising in her chest. This was really bad. Stranded in a jungle, without any supplies (or even any decent clothes), and with no way to contact anyone? Not good.

How had this happened?

Just as Mary was about to break down and cry, she felt even more alarm rise up inside of her. There was a new noise now, accompanying those of the storm. A deep, rhythmic thudding that shook the ground and sounded… distinctly like footsteps. Mary’s heart lurched. Something big was making those footsteps, something too big.

Compelled by a sudden urge to hide, Mary scrambled to her feet (surprised by how heavy her long hair had become now that it was soaked with water) and glanced around in a panic.

A place to hide! A place to hide! Mary dived into a large nearby bush, wincing as the small twigs and branches caught on her hair and clothes. Would she be hidden in here? It was too late to rethink the hiding spot. The footsteps were too close now, practically upon her. But what was she even hiding from?

Peering out of the bush and breathing heavily, Mary waited, heart pounding, for several tense seconds.

Then, suddenly appearing through the thick curtain of pouring rain, the naked figure of a truly enormous female appeared. Her pale purple skin was glistening from the rain, and her short hair (an even deeper shade of purple) was absolutely drenched. She did not seem to mind this though, as she swaggered through the forest completely unfazed. Her most notable features though, were the triangular cat ears that sprouted from her head as well as the long, furry tail that trailed behind her, all equally purple.

Mary was baffled. She was currently hiding in a bush, in an alien jungle, and fearing for her life as a giant catgirl walked by, oblivious to her presence. Crazy! She was so shocked that she almost didn’t realize she was directly in the catgirl’s path.

Suppressing a yelp of horror, Mary tried to evaluate her options. She could move, at the risk of being seen by this potentially dangerous being, or she could stay hidden, at the risk of being squished. Mary’s brain was too slow though, the giantess was already upon her. Squeezing her eyes shut, Mary waited to see if she would indeed be crushed.

There was a loud thud and then a splash of water as something large crashed down directly in front of the cowering girl. Spluttering quietly, Mary wiped her face and dared to open her eyes.

The catirl’s giant, pale foot had landed mere meters from her, the startlingly red toenails glinting up at her. As Mary watched, the foot lifted back up into the air and sailed (with terrifying speed) right over the bush she was hiding in, then crashed down somewhere behind her. Gazing up through the bush’s branches, Mary squinted against the rain to watch the giantess’ body swinging over her. Then the catgirl was walking away, giving no sign that she had sensed Mary in any way. She was safe. Nearly.

Mary waited for the giantess to vanish behind the curtain of rain (which seemed to be falling even harder now) before daring to step out of her hiding place. A precious minute was lost as Mary tried to untangle her long hair from the many small twigs that seemed determined to not let her go. Finally, she was free and Mary immediately began to stumble in the opposite direction to where the giant catgirl had vanished. Some instinct in the back of her brain was urging her to get as far away as possible.

Panting heavily and glancing around in fear, Mary was again hit by the hopelessness of her situation. What on earth was she going to do? She was completely disoriented. Every tree looked the same and the torrential rain was drowning out all sound. Mary didn’t know where she was going. She didn’t know what to do at all.

The jungle floor had become thoroughly saturated with rain by now and Mary was having to take care with every step so that she didn’t slip on the muddy ground. She considered finding shelter again but this was immediately pushed down by her urge to just move. To… escape whatever this situation was. This urge was a mistake though, because the more time went on, the less stable the ground became and the harder it was to walk. Inevitably, Mary slipped and fell with a cry, her back sinking into the wet mud.

For a minute, she just lay there, despair threatening to overwhelm her. Mary simply stared up at the trees and sky as raindrops continued to fall by the thousands, creating tiny streams that flowed down and around her body. She did not want to get up, it felt like such a pointless thing to try. What was she even going to achieve? Finally though, she managed to muster the strength to sit up.

This took considerable effort because her hair, now soaked with mud as well as water, was heavier than ever and getting caught on everything around her. Huffing in annoyance, Mary ripped a sleeve off of her top and used the material to gather and tie her hair into a messy pile so that it would at least be out of the way. The weight she would simply have to deal with for now.

Mary then stood, using a nearby tree trunk for support.

“Okay,” she sighed, mustering her determination. “What now?”

Before Mary could even begin to form an answer, something immensely strong slammed into her back, sending her flying forward with a shriek of surprise. When she hit the muddy ground, she slid a good few feet along it before coming to a stop.

Coughing, Mary pushed herself to her knees and wiped her face clean.

“What the hell?” she gasped, looking around for the source of the sudden force.

She froze in shock at the sight.

Six beings stood behind her, three male, three female, all silent and staring at her. Or, at least, they appeared to be staring at her. Mary couldn’t quite tell because they had thick strips of white material tied around their heads, covering their eyes. But their faces were pointing toward her (and in an unnerving way too).

What shocked Mary the most though, was the fact that the beings’ lower bodies were those of snakes. Long, scaly tails existed where legs should have, all of them colored black with brownish-gold diamonds. Half-snake, half-human…

Mary opened her mouth to speak but her words quickly transformed into another shriek of surprise as the nagas suddenly rushed forward… right at her. Their tales propelled them with frightening speed and Mary tried to scramble back but was hopelessly outpaced. Suddenly, six pairs of hands were grasping at her body, grabbing her wrists and ankles and head. There was also a chorus of excited whispered voices that seemed to fill her ears.

“We got it! We got it!”

“A human! Mistress will be pleased, yes she will.”

“Good good good.”

“Tie it up, come on. Tie, tie, tie.”

“Restrain her, yes.”

“Feed it to Mistress, we will.”

Mary suddenly felt ropes looping around her wrists and ankles and she screamed before starting to protest.

“Hey! No! Wait! Stop it! Let me go! HELP! HELP ME!”

A hand clamped over her mouth even as the others continued to work. The voices had suddenly risen in urgency and seemed angry… or frightened.

“Sssh!” they hissed.

“No noise!”

“We can’t be found, not now we have a human for Mistress.”

“The human must be quiet.”

“Silence it.”

Mary’s eyes widened when she felt a thick piece of material being stuffed into her mouth, muffling her screams. She wondered briefly if it was one of the blindfolds the nagas were all wearing, but couldn’t deduce an answer because they were all moving erratically around her, every face a blur of motion.

When the six nagas had finished their work, Mary found herself hanging from a long wooden pole by secured ankles and wrists. She continued to protest but a lot of the noise was muffled by the gag, and anything that made it past that was drowned out by the thundering rain.

“Come now, we must go,” one of the nagas hissed.

“Yes, Mistress is waiting.”

“Go, go, go.”

“Hurry, hurry, hurry.”

“We must go.”

Mary squealed and cried with fear as she felt herself being lifted up by the pole, and squirmed fruitlessly against her restraints. The nagas did not seem to notice the struggles though and began to slither off in the opposite direction that Mary had been heading.

“Home, home.”

“Back to the clan.”

“Feed Mistress, we will.”

“She will be pleased with us.”

“Hurry, hurry.”

Mary’s eyes widened as realization dawned on her. These nagas were going to feed her to something?! Someone?! She screamed into her gag and thrashed hysterically against the rope that held her. She managed to spit the gag out and opened her mouth to scream. There was an instant upstart in the panicked hissing.

“Stop!”

“Don’t let the human-“

“HEEEEEEEELP!!!” Mary screamed. “PLEASE! HELP ME! I’M- MMPH!”

The gag had been hastily stuffed right back into Mary’s mouth, muffling her once more, but the damage was done. She shrieked indignantly and tried to spit it out again but a damp hand had also clamped over her mouth again and it wasn’t moving. Her eyes bulged with fear and frustration. The nagas’ blindfolded faces stared blankly back at her, unresponsive.

“Noisy, noisy!”

“The human made noise!”

“It shouldn’t have done that!”

“Dangerous, it is.”

They were moving quicker now, the six nagas somehow navigating the dense surroundings with ease, despite supposedly being blind. Mary was carried helplessly along with them, still struggling and squirming.

“Something must have heard.”

“Hope not, brethren. We can’t fail Mistress.”

“Mistress must be fed.”

“Hasten! Hasten, we must!”

“Yes, we-“

CRASH!

Mary jerked in surprise at the sound, and felt the nagas carrying her also give a jolt of surprise. Then they were all suddenly hissing fearfully and shrinking away from something up ahead.

Twisting to look in that direction, Mary’s blood ran cold at the sight of a large, grinning face staring right at the group with excited hunger. It was the giant neko from earlier. She was crouched down and appeared to have just jumped out in front of the six nagas. This could not be good.

“Hello, dinner,” she purred.

There was a tense silence for a single second… and then, all at once, everyone sprang into motion.

The nagas, facing no other option, dropped Mary and the wooden pole and then scattered in all directions, their tails undulating to propel them over the muddy ground as quickly as possible.

Laughing, the neko jumped after them, her right hand snagging one right away. The caught naga screeched in protest but was immediately jammed into the giantess’ salivating mouth, leaving her hands once again free.

From her spot on the ground, Mary could only struggle uselessly against her bonds, which stayed frustratingly secure, no matter how hard she tugged. Half of her face was pressed into the sodden mud so she couldn’t see half of what was happening, though she could fill in the gaps.

The neko had sprung neatly up to her feet and started chasing after another of the nagas, her first catch still dangling from her lips. Her pounding feet came thundering towards Mary, who screamed in sudden fear and screwed her eyes shut like earlier in the bush. Once again though, the foot missed her by inches and, for a split second, Mary’s vision was nothing but mud and pale purple skin.

The neko carried on running and disappeared from Mary’s line of sight, soon followed by a coo of delight. She managed to wriggle around in time to see the neko snatching one of the nagas up. He tried to resist by wrapping his tail around a tree branch, but was pulled loose almost effortlessly. The neko grinned at him around her squirming mouthful.

Out of the corner of her eye, Mary saw another of the nagas slithering away at speed and she tried to turn her head to see better but couldn’t manage it. She was too restrained, still tied to the wooden pole.

The neko seemed to have noticed the escaping naga as well because she bounded to her feet, her tail flicking happily, and took off after it. Mary’s brain wasn’t fast to realize that, once again, she was in the giantess’ path. She had a fraction of a second to see the large, purple foot sailing toward her, and to let out a muffled shriek, before it crashed down right on top of her.

It felt like Mary had been hit by a truck. She was thrust deep into mud and the air was forced from her lungs. The wooden pole that she was attached to snapped in half and Mary felt a sharp pain in her arm. Much like the pole, she guessed it had been broken.

Of course, as the foot lifted off of her, Mary realized that she should have suffered much worse than one broken arm. Evidently, sinking into the mud had helped her survive the full weight of a hundred foot giantess. And now the pole was broken!

As the giant neko hurried away from Mary, she pulled herself out of the Mary-shaped crater in the mud and reached down to her ankles with her restrained hands, panting for breath. Untying her legs was difficult because one of her arms was throbbing with pain and her fingers were numb from the cold (and the rampaging giantess in the background didn’t help either). Eventually though, Mary managed it and, legs now free, she stumbled to her feet, feeling very unstable.

A blur of color flew past Mary, away from the crashing noises of the giantess behind her. It was another one of the nagas. There was also a loud stomping noise behind Mary, getting closer. She put two and two together way too late and turned to see the neko charging toward her.

The giantess’ orange eyes were fixed on the naga that had just passed Mary, and her left hand was reaching forward in anticipation. In her other hand, the neko was holding two struggling nagas, each of them struggling as much as the one already in her mouth. One of their blindfolds had slipped off but Mary saw that the naga had her eyes clamped shut determinedly, despite being in imminent danger.

Another purple foot came flying toward Mary as the neko chased after the fourth naga. She turned to run but was despairingly slow and also stumbled on the mud. The foot slammed into Mary’s back and flattened her to the floor, pressing her into the mud again.

Air rushed from her lungs and all noise was temporarily muted. There was a sharp pain in Mary’s back and left ankle. Then, the pressure was gone and the foot flew away to slam back down a distance away.

Mary pushed herself up onto her elbows with a grimace of pain and then gasped for breath, trying to refill her evacuated lungs. There was another coo of victory from up ahead and she saw the neko snagging the fourth naga with her free hand.

Still gasping for breath, Mary staggered to her feet once again, more unstable than ever. Her back shrieked in protest and she almost made that shriek an audible scream but restrained herself. She had to get away without being noticed. The last two nagas appeared to be long gone and that left only Mary as a viable target for the neko, if she was spotted.

She began to limp away, hands still tied, left ankle burning, back hurting, broken arm aching. Mary was amazed she could even move at all. Rain beat down against her, relentless as ever, and she realized she still had the gag in her mouth. She spat it out.

There was a noise behind Mary and she turned her head to see what it was, fearing what she might find. The grinning face of the giant neko? Or a giant, purple hand reaching for her?

What she instead saw was so much worse.

Apparently content with her current meal, the neko had chosen to sit down and enjoy it, right where Mary was standing. Her massive rear filled the sky, flying toward Mary like a meteor.

She started to scream but: WHAM!

The massive backside crashed into Mary and she was once again flattened into the mud.

* * * * *

Mauve grinned down at the three squirming nagas in her grasp, a fourth one still struggling to free itself from her mouth - she could feel its tiny hands beating against her tongue.

The giant neko shifted her rear on the ground, to get a bit more comfy, and then began to finally suck at the naga between her lips. She heard a loud scream echo around inside her mouth and this was quickly backed up by the three nagas in her hands as they sensed their friend being drawn into her doom. They appeared to be wearing blindfolds and yet were managing to remain aware of the surroundings. Curious.

But not curious enough to prevent me from gobbling them up! Mauve giggled to herself.

“Mmmm,” she purred, appreciating the flavor blossoming across her tongue as more of the naga was slurped into her mouth. It was quite delicious! She could feel the naga’s tiny hands beating against the back of her throat now, and gave a hearty swallow in response.

Everyone gasped, the nagas in horror, Mauve in pleasure. She always enjoyed the swallowing part of eating nagas because they filled her esophagus wonderfully, squirming the whole way down.

Mauve pursed her lips, sucked more of the naga’s tail into her mouth, and then swallowed again, gulping down an even longer portion of her mortally struggling meal. The rest of the naga’s tail was then promptly slurped up and disappeared between Mauve’s smiling lips. Two more large gulps and the bulge in her throat disappeared into her chest.

Mauve sighed and licked her lips appreciatively, eyes closed as the first naga was squeezed into her empty stomach. Wonderful. The cries and protests of her remaining victims brought the neko back to reality and she grinned hungrily.

Raising the hand that was only holding a single naga, Mauve dangled him above her face and stretched her mouth open to receive him. He squirmed and struggled against her grip but his efforts were ineffective. Mauve’s tongue slithered out and snagged his tail, drawing it into her mouth.

“Stop!” he hissed hoarsely. “Desist, foul creature!”

The neko raised an eyebrow and then giggled dismissively. She was accustomed to insults from her meals. She lowered her hand and sucked powerfully.

SWURLP

And then: GWULP

The naga cried out as the heavy swallow gripped his tail tip and yanked him down, even deeper into her mouth.

“Desist!” he hissed angrily.

SLURP

GLUP

“No!” He was now waist deep in her mouth and his tiny fists beat against Mauve’s lips.

SLURP

GULP

“Stop!”

SLUUUURP… pop!

The naga’s head disappeared between Mauve’s lips and she giggled in amusement as his yells filled her mouth. She bounced him against her tongue a few times, inciting a few more powerful squirms before, finally: GLURULP!

And the second naga was squeezed down the neko’s throat to join the first in her waiting stomach. Mauve gave it a quick pat of satisfaction, reveling in their delightful squirms, and then turned her attention to the next naga.

This one was female. Her blindfold was missing but she seemed to be refusing to open her eyes. Mauve shrugged and clamped her lips around the thrashing snake tail. This third naga went down very similar to her predecessor: tail-first with several long slurps and strong swallows. By the time she had been squeezed into Mauve’s belly, the neko was beginning to feel rather full. Three large, wriggling nagas took up a lot of space in one’s stomach. She considered the fourth and last naga for second.

“Eh, I can fit you in,” she decided.

The naga hissed dangerously in response and bared his fangs at her. It wasn’t even remotely scary to Mauve, given that she was many, many times his size. She stuffed him into her mouth and sighed again at the tasty flavor of naga.

Her last treat fought valiantly against Mauve’s playful tongue and mouth, but ultimately, he was no match for the giant neko and he was soon sliding down her gullet, through her esophagus, and into her now rather tightly packed stomach.

“Ah!” Mauve sighed, leaning back and smacking her lips happily. “Yummy!”

And very filling too. The neko stroked her stuffed belly affectionately as those inside struggled and squirmed for their lives, unable to escape the fleshy prison that held them.

Four nagas, a very satisfying meal. Still, Mauve wished she’d managed to capture all six. She could have saved two of them for later. And then there was that human they had been carrying… where had she run off to? Mauve looked around and then, finding nothing, shrugged dismissively to herself.

Must have escaped. Ah, well. Never mind. Time for a quick nap!

Grinning eagerly, she lifted her rear from the ground and twisted around to lie on her front.

* * * * *

Mary’s face was red with effort. She could barely breathe and if the neko didn’t get off her soon she would likely pass out. The butt cheek squashing her against the ground was relentless, constantly pressing Mary into the mud without mercy. She was starting to feel horribly claustrophobic.

Please move! she silently begged. Pleeeeease!

She wasn’t sure what exactly the neko was doing but had guessed that it probably involved consuming those four unfortunate nagas. How long would that take? Not long, surely? Hopefully? She’d stand up then, right?

Those poor things, she found herself thinking. What a horrible fate.

Mary knew that the nagas had, in fact, been intending to deliver her to a similar fate but still… she wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. Honestly, her current predicament was not much better.

Stars were starting to dance in front of Mary’s eyes and her lungs were burning as they struggled to process what little air she could still manage to get them.

Move! she screamed at the neko. MOVE!

As if the giantess had heard her, Mary felt the pressure fade… and then the neko’s massive bottom was rising up off the ground. For a second, it felt like Mary was going to be carried away with it, but eventually the mud managed to cling onto her for longer. The giant, pale purple globes of flesh rushed away from her. She would have sighed in relief had she not been gasping for breath. She also knew she still wasn’t out of the woods yet.

Choosing to remain as still as possible, Mary hoped that the neko wouldn’t notice her and would simply leave. Then she would be able to make her escape. Mary wondered if her body would still function enough to move properly.

Now that she was free of the crushing pressure, a rush of sounds came flooding back, no longer muffled by tons of flesh. Thunder. Rain. She had almost forgotten it was raining…

As the neko’s form moved away from her, rain was once again free to fall on Mary’s face, and honestly, it felt wonderful. It meant she was free. Mary closed her eyes to appreciate it.

Then, suddenly the rain was blocked again and a shadow fell over Mary. Great. This could only mean one thing. She cracked an eye open and was, once again, faced with a worse sight than she had been expecting: the neko’s bare abdomen was rushing down toward her. The giantess was lying down on her front!

“N-NOOO!” Mary cried out, but she was once again cut off by a massive pile of flesh crashing down onto her.

Why was the neko lying down like this?! Surely she wasn’t going to have a nap?! Here?! Now?! WHY?!

Get off you massive-! You stupid, fat-!

Mary pushed uselessly against the pressing weight. It didn’t budge. Wonderful.

The one relief was that the giantess had turned slightly as she lay down, so as to not squash her breasts too much. This resulted in less pressure on Mary and she found that she could actually, thankfully, breathe this time. She wasn’t going to pass out or suffocate… and that was a good thing, right?

Mary soon realized that she would have rather spent the next couple of hours unconscious. Why? Because, pressed up against the neko’s belly, she now had a front row seat to the sounds of her digestive system… and the unfortunate nagas that occupied it.

The mix of panicked cries, pained screams, deep rumbles, and wet gurgles was horrible to experience… and Mary was forced to listen to every single second of it, terrified out of her mind while the giant neko slept, perfectly content as she digested her meal.

The cries of the nagas faded to silence over time (Mary didn’t like to think about why). Eventually though, beyond exhausted, Mary succumbed to the warm embrace of sleep. The noises of Mauve’s stomach faded from her mind, as did the various pains all over her body. She simply slept, oblivious.

A while later (Mary wasn’t quite sure how much), she was woken by the feel of a cold breeze on her back. Naturally, this confused her, given that her back was supposed to be pressed into the ground by an incomprehensible amount of flesh.

Mary opened her eyes and lifted her head to look around. Her neck ached painfully in response and she winced. Her upturned eyes took in the sight of a dull grey sky framed by the trees around her. It was no longer raining but the clouds above still appeared dark, heavy, and ready to burst.

Mary then realized that her front was pressed against something that felt like warm, smooth skin, and it quickly dawned on her what had happened. Some time during the night, the neko must have rolled over in her sleep, onto her back. Mary had been carried along with the motion and was now stranded in the middle of the giantess’ abdomen. Not good.

Mary had to get off the massive body and run away without being detected. Would she be able to do that without waking the neko? She doubted it. But what else could she do? Lie and wait for the giantess to wake up and notice her anyway?

Heart racing, Mary mustered her strength and tried to push herself up. It took several attempts due to the fact that her body was more sore and exhausted than ever before, and Mary was also certain that several bones were broken. Eventually though, she managed to haul herself to her feet and looked around cautiously.

She couldn’t see the neko’s sleeping face over the swell of her enormous breasts, but from the gentle rise and fall of the belly beneath her, Mary guessed that the predator was still sound asleep. Gently, tentatively, she reached her left foot out and carefully stepped forward. However, she had forgotten that, during last night’s commotion, that particular ankle had been injured. Pain blossomed in the joint and with a yelp of pain, Mary buckled and fell forward with a thud.

There was a barely perceptible grunt from the neko as her unconscious mind felt the tiny tickle on her belly. She remained asleep but it was an irritating sensation that needed to be dealt with. Her hand instinctively came up to itch the spot.

Mary stifled a scream as the fingers came for her, and only just managed to roll out of the way in time. The neko scratched her tummy and then rested her hand upon it, unconsciously pinning Mary in place.

Mary squirmed and twisted frantically to try and wriggle her way out from underneath the giant hand, but all she managed to do was urge the fingers to instinctively close even tighter around her.

“No!” she muttered quietly in frustration. “Please, just let me go!”

She continued to wriggle and push, trying to free herself, but it was useless. She was utterly stuck.

“Huh?”

The sleepy, questioning noise made Mary freeze and look up at the neko’s head. Her heart sank when she saw a pair of groggy, orange eyes peering down at her from over the neko’s large breasts.

“Oh?” she murmured sleepily.

NO! Mary’s brain screamed as the fingers holding her tightened further, gripping her firmly, and then began to move. Please! Nononono!

She soon found herself dangling precariously above the neko’s sleepy face.

“Mmmm… hello tasty…” she yawned, eyes half-lidded. “Fancy a morning snack? I do.”

“No!” Mary screamed. “Please no!”

The fingers holding her released and she began to plummet toward the neko’s lazily opening mouth.

“Heeeelp!”

* * * * *

Mauve sighed contentedly as the human landed satisfyingly upon her tongue and immediately began to thrash around on it. This was a pleasant surprise to wake up to. What had she been doing waiting on Mauve’s stomach?

The giant neko sloshed the delightful treat around inside her mouth for several seconds, enjoying the pleasant wriggles and tasty flavor. Then, with a single smooth gulp, she swallowed. A smooth bulge rippled down her throat and disappeared from sight, never to be seen again.

Lovely, she thought, sighing again and then yawning heavily.

The pleasant fluttering of the human’s struggles in her stomach were soothing, and she smiled. The neko then rolled over, tucked her head into her arms, closed her eyes, and went back to sleep. After all, it was far too pleasant a morning to waste by doing anything else.

As Mauve began to snore, her stomach grumbled ominously, causing its occupant to struggle even harder, to no avail.
