Irina and Zahra were taking some time off from their stressful job of intercepting aircraft and doing transport work and it was suggested by Zahra to go to the US and do some flyovers, do tourist stuff and have a great time.

Of course, it being an X-COM story, aliens had to ruin the vacation.
So here is the aftermath of their adventures. They ended up finding a farm where the aliens were working on a hybrid UFO and took it apart. The farm and the hybrid.

Irina got to eat what was left of the hybrid who is now gurgling away in her belly. Of course they had to send a picture back to base for the archives so instead of sitting down and letting herself digest her prey into fuel, Irina had to stand up and pose for scale.

So overall it was a good vacation for Irina, somewhat OK for Zahra because she did at least get to be a tourist for a bit.
