black poop kidnaps Madara and plans to use his kid to free Kaguya from the moon or whatever. But Madara just grabs a kunai and decapitates Black Zetsu before he could even do that. Madara walks out of the cave where he was held captive into the snowy cold forest and starts feeling some cramps in his overdue belly. Madara dismisses the cramps thinking it's just another practice contraction while holding Black Zetsu's head in his right hand. Little did he realize this was not the case...
