I definitely didn't have anything to do with the dialogue here, Mamabliss just kinda did her own thing but the idea was supposed to be Androids 17 & 18 being given as prizes for Employee of the Month and, uh, yeah. Best enjoyed if you just think of it as two cute, autistic twins being given up as food.
