The post-digestion follow-up. Being as powerful as she is, Kiss-Shot manages to work her big belly down to a more manageable size, relatively speaking. Even with the untold number of humans she ate, alongside the absurd quantity of objects that should be considered inedible/indigestible, her stomach works through its haul with monstrous efficiency. Like a trash compactor from hell itself, her stomach clenches, contorts, and clamps down over its workload, filling the night sky with the ear grating clamor of bones crunching, bricks crumbling, metal grinding, apocalyptic stomach groans and gurgles, and an onslaught of continuous long, bassy, kaiju-esque belches. By the time her belly shrank enough for her to be able to see above it once more, each and every human had passed on and digested completely. What few traces of them remained were in varying states, dispersed unevenly alongside some other more durable objects within the semi organic bubbling quagmire that became of everything she devoured. The living and unliving material all melded together into a macabre meatball that still continues to be eroded away at by Kiss-Shot's stomach acids. An entire section of the city was wiped out overnight, with nothing remaining as proof besides an oversized belly and the pungent smell that she idly fans away at, smirking as she observes the results of her feast. For now, the blonde vampire is sated.
