The Town Musicians are a world-famous rock band at the height of their career, dishing out hit after hit and making a killing on tour. Unfortunately, things are pretty messy behind the scenes. The lead singer Henry, already quite cocky and egotistical, has only become worse as a result of all of his fame, and the guitarist Leib envies him deeply, growing tired of his crowing and desiring his position in the band. The tensions between the rooster and feline, which have been bubbling under the surface for years, are about to come to a shocking head at a sold-out show in front of hundreds of screaming fans.

But hey, this will all make for a great episode of "Behind the Music" in the future.

Something to tide you guys over while I work on my next story, this is a requested story I got from an rp partner of mine, hungryTastyVulpine! It's based on the old, semi-obscure (at least in my corner of the world) fairytale "The Town Musicians of Bremen", with the setting updated to the modern day with anthros, because of course it was :> I really liked this idea when I came up with it, and I'm hoping you guys will too~
