Prey goes in, and eventually some time later, poop comes out. Usually Cathrin's guts are so effective at digesting her food, that it is impossible to distinguish between the prey that is now converted into brown logs.
Emptying her bowels, it proves a fine opportunity to exchange her tampon with a fresh one. Further taking away her attention from the prey she is dumping.

Mostly the trash, to avoid wrecking the plumbing. But should you have been transformed into my tampon, I would dump you into the bowl to go down along with the waste.~
