Frankie was getting a closer look at Phi's inner workings while they were inactive. During her little inspection, she accidentally touched something she shouldn't have, causing Phi's body to react, trying to protect him from any harm by closing itself up.
Frankie was too close when it did that, shoving her into the robot boy's body, trapping her inside of her robotic friend for a good while.
Thankfully, Phi came to during the night, being met with his mid-section being quite large. Upon analizing it, he realized Frankie had somehow gotten herself stuck inside of his body.
There was no worry though, as Phi's body detected Frankie's prescence from the moment she had entered his body, so she was in no danger, the only real problem was that she was trapped inside of Phi.
He would make sure to release her soon so she wouldn't have to be in there for too long.
