A fantastic commission from the legendary Tsavo about Sarah getting a satisfying meal to keep her full, at least for a little while.
After a nice week long digestion, Sarah's preys are pretty much on their way out of her digestive track, but sometimes her bloated state can be misleading to some people.
I don't think the "babies" are what this lady thinks XD
