For reference's sake: Tara has Ani here as a personal bodyguard, but she also usually uses her as a test subject for her "predator research" which involves her eating hostile mages and sorcerers (which Ani is more than happy to oblige in), or eating Tara herself and her friends (which Tara is a little *too* enthusiastic about).
