The party of woodsmen had an elf guide. That had been the fox-dragon's chief worry. Thankfully, he was at the very back of the party, and none of the others noticed when the dragon silently lowered his head and engulfed the elf.
As the twitching bulge made its way down his neck the dragon picked off the next hindmost, then the next. The elf was squirming hopelessly in his stomach by the time he lifted his head to swallow the next-to-foremost. An elf and three men made him a fine meal.
“Did you hear something?” Said the man at the front of the column. Getting no answer, he turned his head and found that there was no one behind him. He looked up just in time to see the wide-open jaws that would swallow him whole.
After all, thought the foxdragon as he settled down to digest his meal, -four- men and an elf made an even better meal.

First attempt at a hypothetical offspring of Hialfi and the dragoness. The original idea was to give him flying squirrel-type wing webs between his legs, but that would have covered too much stuff up.

That would require a whole new drawing. I sometimes make modification to drawings if people request them, but I can't in this case. I do plan to draw the foxdragon again, but there's no AV planned for him.
