Oh, a centauress as prey, nice! You don't see it that often.
For the coloring, I think it's ok. I can't say if it's better than before, but different. But I don't have any knowledge of drawing, so you probably should ask someone else.

It's definitely not better, this was an attempt at trying to find a way to color that takes less than 3-4 days. This was more like 3-4 hours. So it was a successful experiment, if not explosively so.

Honestly, take your time with art. Sure it's nice to just finish something in a few hours, but believe me, your stuff will turn out way better if you take your time with it.
I also suggest an anatomy book (or at least a google search), the poor taur's legs look like they're broken in multiple spots.
