RTP is the run time package so you can play games made with rpg maker ... and the regional setting you go to control panel and go to language and regional setting or something like that and chane it to japanese, then reboot ...

Hahaha !! Actually I'm not all that great for positioning.... or drawing either, drawing on a computer is TOO easy you can relocate your lines whenever you like to, and you can make a thousand mistakes and erase a thousand hard lines and NOBODY will know !!!! ITS TOO FREAKING EASY !!!!

lol, i've drawn some stuff on paper. and people have told me im a "decent" artist. but im not good at all. but i cant upload it here. i need a scanner. but i've drawn a lot. lol. i just wish i could contribute it somehow.

i tried using gimp before. icouldnt figure it out let alone make it work right. XD however. i did take a class with photoshop. i just cant find a free download
