So today (The 24th so technically yesterday) was my birthday. Another year bites the dust! So I get home from a crappy day at work, and receive this. My wife knows me so well. :)
She also got me some rare earth magnets, and, as a gag, got me some dried Bhut Jolokia pepper flakes. She didn't think I'd try the pepper. Then I did, so I won't be doing that again. >_>

The symbol also has a meaning of striving for wholeness of the body, mind, and soul. A balance with oneself and everything. It kind of resonated with me and so I keep it close.
