A crocodile is feeling depressed because the humans it preys on no longer think he is scary. He seeks assistance with a female psychiatrist. This results in vore, and possibly some humor.

Poor Larry, perhaps if he growled and his at the girls it might help or they may just burst out laughing because he is trying to be tough.

Probably the second, he does have this cute look over him he can't get rid of. Very annoying when you try to be intimidating.
