I think arms are as long as the legs.

There's nothing wrong with that. The legs are a little longer, but for the purposes of vore, the comparison is valid. The standard figure is 7 heads high and the heroic figure is 8 heads high. I like the legs longer. But that's a matter of preference. I'm glad thishelps.

WEll, normally I think that legs are half your height.
And when you stretch your arms out, the length from fingertip to fingertip should equal your height.

Well by that reckoning, you would add in the width of the shoulders, so the arms would be shorter than the legs. The legs are half the height, the center point being the crotch. Let me find something for you and post it. Thanks for the feedback. It really helps me know what needs to be in my drawing tips. (Be sure to look at other artist's work too. Try checking out Nitro_Titan. His work is good and cartoony as well. Great color and shine too.
