The last of the pokefairies here. ^_^
Aside from being the last plant clothing one (and there were a good bit of em') I think I like Lilligant's royal princess plant dress the best out of em' all.
Volcarona always looked evil too me, despite whatever nature it would have. I imagined she would be a kind of chubby succubus looking evil queen fairy with lots of fire power and would be quite self serving.
