Orihime continues to enjoy herself detailing poor Rukia's fate, much to Rukia's displeasure but with Rukia almost fully transformed into Orihime's new penis, there is little for her to do now other than accept her fate. As she continues to change it gets slowly harder and harder to think, her final thoughts are that of Orihime, unable to do anything she sheds one last tear before the transformation is complete. Spurting one last blob of precum in protest almost in the shape of a tear, then Rukia is no more, now she is just Orihime's new penis.
