It's super cheap and lazily done, but I actually had a few people request something like this and since I've gotten more views on my Skyrim screenshots of the char, I figured I go ahead and post a "pilot" page to see what people thought. Sorry if this jumped around a bit in my library. I noticed some spelling errors and had some trouble re-uploading the edited version.

Well I would like to see some more from this comic.
Also how did you get just one char to have the large breast? When I do it all the women of skyrim get huge tits.

If you install a mod called Racemenu (Which depends on a mod called SkyUI, and skyrim script extender SKSE) You'll have the choice to increase the Player Character's bust size and curve as part of the Player creation menu (Might not work with some models). The other women will still have breasts the size of whatever nude mod you have installed once their armor is removed, but you can make your character's much bigger than theirs this way. Might not show through armor, depending on your mod set. This particular armor (Void Armor) plays well with the Racemenu and ADEC body, thus showing Xera's ample proportions.
If you don't want to install such a complicated mod set, look for female body mods that have weight slider support. In these mods the higher the weight slider, the bigger the breasts. So women will have different sized (though often still generous) busts.

You have to open the game using the SKSE launcher, If you open it with the normal Skyrim launcher or steam, SkyUI, and by extension, Racemenu Will not work. Also I've never tested RaceMenu with anything but the ADEC body, so I'm not sure if the changes will show up on say, CBBE.

Yay I have the CBBE body and I have increased the breast of my char as far as I can but they area still not as big as your girls are.
The CBBE does on the other hand make all the women of skyrim breast semi big and there is a skimpy armor too.
