In this issue, Emily is a femme fatale. This story takes place somewhere in the Predator Forest Universe, but isn't quite tied in with the other comics in terms of timeline. If it is, it's closest to falling in with the Voracious Adventure arc somewhere down the line.
In Agent Emily vs the Amphibious Duo, Emily must bring on the hurt to two nerdy amphibian cousins who want to try and team up to rule the world. Slyous is a salamander with a quick wit who talks quickly but also possessing a much too high opinion of himself, and Brainous is a fat toad who is more crafty and careful with his planning, a bit of a creeper who has an unhealthy obsession of catching the human girl from the Predator Forest that the Toad King could never capture. Both used to work for the Toad King, but recently left Kroakwart to pursue their own dreams of ruling the woods.
This time they have gone too far, creating a machine that is capable of leveling every region of the forest. Kept in an undisclosed region to be constructed in secret, the Doom Walker is nearing completion... In order to stop this, the Hidden Log has sent in Agent Emily and Kyle to infiltrate the base of operations of the Amphibious Duo. Slybrain Labs, as they have dubbed it, lies in the heart of the Darkness Bog, in an old abandoned mansion that used to belong to humans before the near extinction of mankind. Emily enters the treacherous interiors with the intent to stop them, but the Amphibious Duo has sinister plans for her as well that if she is not careful, may wind up with our heroine's digestion...
