Azumanga Daioh is an old favorite of mine, and I always felt bad for Kaori. Basically the only female student relegated to side character status, and she has an unrequited lesbian crush to boot. This is my version of a good end for her, taking place right before graduation.
Natsume had forgotten the belching detail, so he made me a revised version.
I edited the image placement to make it a little less messy.

I thought the title might've skewed the scenario but I thought it worked well enough. Kaorin is giving herself a gift. Sakaki had no personal intent to end up as her breast fat.
(Although I may eventually commission an alternate with Kaori feeding herself to her idol.)
