I think that would depend on if shogun wishes to make it an animation. Source film animations do require more work than a image.

I know how hard animation is because I had to draw the picture break up all the body parts and draw multiple frames to make puppets and then animated it in pivot with all the pieces not connected together only for a couple of seconds of animation.
3D models must be a nightmare to work with but I could not really say since I never got the chance and probably never will.
