The way Fluttercop conducts business should be praised. Since instead of a tax on keeping criminals in jail there would be tax on plumbers instead, which is cheaper in comparison.

I can see a story with this X3
-'Deep breaths Coco, deep breaths' Coco shivered in her hooves at the large presence next to her in tightly packed elevator. Next to her was the best damn cop Manehatten has seen in years bringing violent crime to near historic lows. But she was shivering not in awe but in slight fear as the great yellow belly of said groaned and sloshed, she hears muffled cries as well as a mighty burp as Fluttershy or rather Fluttercop as she liked to be called pressed a button to one of the top floors of the precinct. More likely to rest her giant belly. "D-did you have a good c-catch m-ma'am?" Coco squeaked.
"Mhmm...they were quite tasty" Fluttershy said glancing at her letting loose another mighty belch. This is going to be a long elevator ride...
