I did another Pokemon team thing!
I'm doing them for all my main OCs, so to start things off, here is Lucio's main party-

Oceano (Primarina ♀)
Luna (Dragonair ♀)
Mavis (Sylveon ♀★)
Eco (Noibat ♂)
Lemondrop (Pikachu ♀)
Joy (Togetic ♂)

Lucio's team is mainly Fairy, but he has a few Dragon types (and at least one Electric) in there too.
He takes good care of his Pokemon, and would most likely be the kind of person prefers to volunteer at the Pokemon Day Care than do fierce competitive battling - Even though it's the nature of a pokemon team to be in battles, so he will follow through!
