It was just an attempt (I think a lazy one) so I won't deny there maybe mistakes in poses, frames and timing.

I like this idea: eating anally because you can eat orally. An alternative scenario might be your doctor saying you need to eat more of a certain food but you just can't stand the taste. So, you eat it with the hole that doesn't have taste buds instead ;)
