To anyone who finds this, I am now lost.

His stomach is a tempest of lightning. Flesh crackles with electrical force, glowing like with the vengeful wrath of a storm. In such a turbulent environment, it would seem natural that a creature with electrical affinity would endure, but the storm demands, it takes, and it drains the energy of its victims. Battered, exhausted, and spitting nought but sparks, the Elder God continues to take, and this once proud ‘chu begins to see the price of hubris.

Oh my Arceus! A human, from outside of the Pokémon world! In a piece by me!
This is my part of the trade with  Licklash! Raiden eating a panicking ‘chu in a glowing stormy blue gut was what she wanted, and this is what she got! It’s been pretty fun and interesting drawing a human-like character as predator. I’m not sure of the logistics but Raiden is a shapeshifting God so he could do it however he pleases I’m sure! The blurb is just a little something I came up with on a bus ride and hasn’t been checked or anything so if it sounds like the ravings of a mad’vee it pretty much is. I now like the idea of these Pikachu which roam the land in different guises, sending off letters about their exploits, even when those exploits are their demise.

I really enjoyed doing this one. Especially the glowy blue insides which let me try out different tools for making a bright environment with glowing crackles of lightning. The liquid made we think of the electric graffiti in Mario Sunshine as I was doing it. Raiden was more challenging and I may have to come back to add a few details I ended up missing. His stance actually changed completely at some point which messed up my original layout for the piece too. But I think it came out pretty well overall!
