You really make incredible mouths.
Though she doesn't seem to have pupils, for someone dressed so normally. Maybe a subtle horror angle?

Yeah, I can see it working for a blind character (though their eyes are usually white), but as soon as one looks for a reason, it gets spooky.

Then again, maybe she is some kind of horror monster. Maybe she's a mirror demon representing a bland woman's inner proclivities of which she is ashamed. You know, the pred inside her.
