Realistically speaking, no. More likely it would juat be a loud burp with a force push attached. This has been a message from no-fun factman. :P

I am kinda confused whether you are referring to TCW Ahsoka or Rebels Ahsoka, and whether you are referring to canon Barriss or eu Barriss.

You stated that Ahsoka uses Form V, her later lightsaber form, while TCW Ahsoka into the thumbnail, where she was still an Attaru practioner (Thus also being the first one, whoose stamina would run dry, given that Form 4 is a Stamina-heavy lightsaber form).

You also stated Barriss's Form to be Form III (which is her eu version's Form), while putting TCW Barriss into the thumbnail and referring to her fighting with Ventress' lightsabers.
Judging from her fight with Anakin, that to me clearly looks like a rather agressive version of Jar'Kai.

Now, here are my verdicts for each scenario's:

Scenario1: eu Barriss vs TCW Ahsoka:

Ahsoka would at first have the upper hand, with Barriss' defense being nearly at its limits. She will basicly almost not be capable of attacking due to Ahsoka's aggressiveness. However Ahsoka's Stamina would eventually be tired out and Barriss will win in the end.

Scenario2: eu Barriss vs Rebels Ahsoka:
Ahsoka not only has the greater skill and battle experience (taking on multiple Inquisitors at a time) but also superior physical strenght (capable of parrying multiple blows of Darth Vader, without getting all of her bones shattered. Though she ultimately lost to him, but hey thats Vader.) Thus she would rely less on boosting her strenght level through the force.
On top of that, her equipment is superior aswell, having a shoto saber, that can not only be used to parry but also as an offensive poking weapon accompanying her strenght-based lightsaber form.
Ahsoka wins

Scenario3 Canon Barriss vs TCW Ahsoka.
With Ahsoka being very acrobatics-focused in maneuvring her the lightsaber, she can be very deadly, if she catches Barriss Off-guard. The problem here is, that outmaneuvring a two-handed fighting style through pure acrobatics, is something that only Attaru masters might be capable of. I am talking of the likes of Yoda, who managed to absolutely outsmart even Dooku.
You see, Jar'kai is a coordination based fighting technique, in fact it is much more coordination-based then using a regular blade with a smaller one, the way Ahsoka fights. A person having adapted to such a fighting style simply wouldn't be outmaneuvered by a style relying on an opponent loosing track of someone's speed and movements.
On top of that Barriss clearly wields the better equipment, having not only the exellent lightsabers of Ventress/(Komari Vosa) but also a helmet (probably made of Dura Steel) and an unknown amount of Nanodroids, capable of exploding, in case Barriss manages to get them onto her opponent and creating distance afterwards.
Canon Barriss Offee unlike the eu counterpart also seems to be more specialized in offensive force-powers rather then healing.
This is in so far a strenght in this fight, due to Ahsoka being rather specialized in fighting big numbers, where maintainig a force-shield is less important than keeping focused in the lightsaber. That might lead to Barriss getting an opening for force-based attacks. After all, Offee was capable of choking a prisoner who was not in her field of view, which is an impressive offensive feat. She also fought pre ROTS Anakin, who needed go use the darkside to defeat her (the type of thing he would normally need against the likes of Dooku or Assaj Ventress.)
Barriss wins in this scenario.

Scenario4: Canon Barriss vs Rebels Ahsoka
This one is the most interesting of all previous fights, since Ahsoka has the advantage in terms of physical prowess and martial arts skill, while Barriss has the better equipment and potential for quitd some unusual tactics.
So the way this fight can go is, it either becomes a short fight, with Barriss realizing she fights a superior opponent, early into the fight, she might attempt to either kill them both by immidiately activating her nanodroids, or the fight does actually become a long one. You see Ahsoka, though having the advantage in Strenght and Stamina, can't rely use her full potential here, since to do a wider swing, she would need to defend with her second blade against the poking potential of 2 lightsabers. This kinda makes attempting massive over-head strikes, the way Anakin would do them, sort of risky.
Therefore this fight ultimately comes down to the forcepowers used in battle.
If Barriss manages to distract Ahsoka enough with an yggressive maneuver, so that she can pierce the telekinetic barrier of Ahsoka, she can launch her droids onto her and immediately create distance.
That would become a win for Barriss.
Ahsoka might also try activating the droids using the force herself, while creating distance, its a more unlikely scenario, but that would kill Barriss
Another way Ahsoka might win, is trough tyring Barriss down enough for her to simply lack the concentration to focus on the forcd for Nanodroid activation, thus slowly but surely resulting in Ahsoka winning.
Last but not least, Barriss might realize a defeat in a prolonged fight, thus activating her droids in a desperate attempt to annihilate them both, which would bd another stalemate.
This last scenario has nearly endless possibilities, on how it might play out. I do believe Ahsoka has the better chance though, since I do find her loss to Vader more impressive then Barriss' loss to Anakin.
