It's a worm, and it slurps you! D: Think it's easy to wriggle back out? She sure tried her hardest to stay outside this worm's body, but look how far that got her ❤ Inexperienced prey never learn: squirming only helps ya get swallowed faster!

Imagine that it dissolves your skin slowly, replacing it with its own to keep you alive and fresh in a more symbiotic relationship while it feeds on your fat and then muscles, atrophying them slowly. All the while secreting serotonin and dopamine keeping you in bliss.
