Aranos's experiments are very exhausting for her, she tries to hatch eggs and other things inside her after all. When the eggs start to shift, and move around inside her, thats pretty unconfortable.
Good thing Zonuri has a thingfor her belly, and likes to giver her rubs any day, soothing it with her icy touch.
