People have actually asked Rick to swallow them. People have asked Smokey to, as well. Not because they want to be digested, but because they are kinky. The expectation they have is the coonie or bear will cough them back up alive.
The answer is always the same: It's hard enough swallowing prey the size of a human. It's going to be borderline impossible to get them un-curled and pointed back up the throat. Smokey might be able to but Rick's prey tend to be as big as he is. You're not getting back out of the coonie the way you got in.
That isn't an issue here since at no point did Rick plan to cough this annoying lady back up. She's raccoon chow. 83

Rick has only eaten four people and they all pretty much deserved it. (Though to be fair he ate a kid, albeit a really annoying one.) He's completely safe to be around as long as you aren't a badnik. 83

One reason he has eaten so many people is that he has great difficulty finding prey small enough to swallow. He's never eaten an adult male human, they are just too big. As for being big where it counts, he's about human sized down there. A bit longer than average but still human sized. Smokey is MUCH better hung than he is and that's fine. Smokey has trouble fitting in sometimes, if you know what I mean.
